My daughter goes here the doctors are great! It’s the staff! They’re lazy and don’t ever do there jobs. If you call they pick up and hang up on you. They never return any calls whatsoever! We called for 3 weeks straight! 3 WEEKS! Still nothing! Kept getting hung up on and then they take the phone off the hook. It’s pretty sad that you can’t get any information on your health at all! I whole heartedly believe in karma and one day I hope there loved ones go through something and can’t get ANY ANSWERS!

We have used him for twenty plus years and always loved him but, here lately you can’t get an apt because they are afraid of COVID. My wife has sinus congestion and they told her she may have COVID and hung up on her! This is a disgrace to the medical profession!

Dr. Shabby is a wonderful doctor. Its a shame that his help is so poor. Front desk is useless, very curt and rude and nurse is just as useless and rude. Dr. Shalaby deserves much better help. He is a very caring, sincere doctor who truly tries his best to help each and every patient.

Dr Shalaby has been my PCP for several years and I feel extremely fortunate to have him as my doctor. I live in Maryville but saw one of the top internists in Knoxville for many years. After tiring of driving to Knoxville, I changed to a Maryville doctor Shalaby. It was a great change as I much prefer Dr Shalaby over the Knoxville doctor. Patients of Dr Shalaby can consider themselves very fortunate. He is very thorough and attentive to every detail of my health needs.

Very thorough and open to input, after many years with Dr Shalaby as my PCP I have total confidence that he will listen to me and act appropriately on that input, a characteristic I find rare in doctors who mostly either disregard patient input or take it as “beneath them” to listen to a mere laymen. I strongly recommend him as a great primary care physician and internist.
