Came in for extreme pain from breastfeeding . He did a breast exam and put so much pressure on my breast that I can barley move my arms today. He did not seem like he cared much about the pain I felt or finding a resolution. Just told me to tough it out and I’ll be fine . That is not the course of action that was needed and I expected more compassionate care .

I highly recommend Dr. Croshaw. When I got the unexpected and frightening news after my annual mammogram, Dr. Croshaw quickly consulted with both me and my husband. He spent a lot of time with us and answered questions as well as clearly explained the journey I would be on to treat the cancer. On the day of surgery, I was able to calm my fears with the knowledge he had provided in advance. The incision site has healed nicely and the scar has made a remarkable recovery as it fades. I felt supported by his whole team and deeply appreciate the respect he showed me as well as his obvious concern about my treatment. He did something a lot of doctors don't always do well--he listened!

Dr. Croshaw took the time to sit with my mother and me and explain everything in our language. He truly has an incredible bedside manner and made me feel comfortable with all the steps I am having to go through. I would highly recommend him and his staff to ANYONE!

Dr. Croshaw did my breast cancer surgery in January 2022. He explained all of the procedure thoroughly, and I didn't even need to ask any questions. He was with me even at the beginning of my surgery just to be of comfort! Two weeks after surgery I thought I had a problem. I called his office, and he saw me the same day. He reassured me that nothing was wrong. I have had an excellent recovery due to his care, knowledge and compassion. I can highly recommend Dr. Croshaw!!

At a very difficult time Dr. Croshaw was the most caring and wonderful Doctor.. He explained all my options in detail, guided us in what would be the best option for us and answered all questions including ones I did not know to ask. He was with us before the surgery itself took place and after to tell us what had had to be done. His care afterward was equally wonderful. I would never consider any other surgeon.

His experience, knowledge, and ability to fully answer all questions I had, and even go beyond that giving me information on the full process of the procedure, put my mind at ease during a extremely stressful time. And helped me to make informed decisions. I am very thankful to have had him as my surgeon.

Upon receiving a diagnosis of breast cancer, I was referred to Dr. Randal Croshaw by a trusted family physician. From the very first meeting with him and his staff, I felt confident that I was not alone in this fight, and that I was going to receive the very best care available. Because of his extensive knowledge of this disease, he was able to, first, explain the situation I faced, and then offer a plan of attack. His thoroughness and attention to detail set my fears to rest, and I was able to move forward on a path to become cancer-free. I am now four months out from surgery and I have to agree with Dr. Croshaw...there is life after breast cancer.

Dr. Croshaw performed my surgery and made me comfortable from the very first appointment. He took his time in explaining everything from my biopsy, diagnosis, surgery and possible Radiation option decision. He saw me shortly after my biopsy and scheduled by surgery shortly thereafter. He and his staff were very compassionate, caring and friendly at all times. They were thorough in answering questions and listening to me. I truly felt valued during the entire process.
