The facility was very clean with a pleasant spacious waiting room. My nurse practitioner Ms. Gibbons, gave a very thorough examination and explanation of her findings and diagnosis. I highly recommend this facility for quality urgent care.

I have had great experiences each time I have come to Well Key, both here and in Knoxville. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I was not judged based on my size. Thank you for always making the visits so pleasant! I had to come back three days later for same problem. Saw a different practicioner but she was just as good! Thank you for being so great!
