I wish I still lived close enough to Dr seaton to have him for my pcp. Not only did I go to him, I worked with him. He is the most caring doctor I have ever known. I miss you, Dr "Sweeton" . God bless you.

Today’s is it was really uplifting. The staff was kind considerate. The nurse practitioner made sure I understood make sure I had paperwork I needed it check out. Miss Marsha was helpful. Made sure my paperwork was filled out was kind. I’m really thankful to have a serving staff that cares about the patient it means a lot when you are in pain.

I’ve been going to them for a year and a half. I can not say enough good things about this practice. Nichole Thompson is awesome. She goes above and beyond to help everyone. She responds to messages left on the portal within an hour. The nurse practitioner Stacie is phenomenal. She has always made me feel comfortable when discussing any issue I have. She will sit and listen to your concerns without rushing you. Dr. Seaton is the same way. They genuinely care about their patients.

The ladies at the front desk were nice. But the doctor that I saw it was a lady was kind of rude. I had a question to ask she kind of snapped at me before I could ask the question so I won't go back there

I have known Dr. Seaton for many years. As a former EMT for Fayette County Ambulance Service I have worked with Dr. Seaton in the ER on multiple occasions. He has been my Primary care Dr for Years and has always been there to listen and talk and give his advice and counsel. He stays updated with all the latest information on Healthcare and Treatments. And I can not forget about his Staff who is ALWAYS been very kind and helpful they are the backbone of this Practice.

I saw Dr.seeton for the first time this week and the staff was very friendly and the wait was prompt to my appointment time.Dr.Seaton was a pleasure to speak with,he spent plenty of time addressing my problems, and came up with solutions that fit my medical needs.Thank you to all of your staff and Dr.Seaton

They will fraudulently steal your card information and charge it without permission. I was on a payment plan for 30$ a month for a 271.00 bill. I am the only provider for my family so that’s a lot of money for us to have at one time I went on the payment plan never missed a payment with them I had them call and tell me different information each time finally in May I was told that I no longer owed anything on the payment plan but the new system their new computer system says I have a new bill of $266 and that I had to pay in full there was no offer of a payment plan when I explained that I don’t have the money to pay that all at once can I please pay monthly I can afford to do that until it’s paid off I was told no they do not accept any payments accept in full. I was called on my personal phone while at work at 8 AM I don’t get off work until later in the evening nine sometimes 10 at night depending on the workload so I was not able to call them back they charged my card at 8:33 AM they didn’t even give me an opportunity to call and speak to them I never gave them permission to charge my card they used the old contract that they said was no good for the new computer system And charged my card which put my bank account in the negative and that was all the money my family and I had to eat for the next two weeks until I get paid again when I try to talk to them about it I was yelled at threatened by Nicole that they would not see me or my wife again and my wife really loves Dr. Seaton He is great his, staff is horrible they tell you everything different every time you talk to them. Is a Damm nightmare. my wife try to talk to them to explain the situation and that they cannot use a contract with my bank information on it for an old system and then try to say that it applies to the new system when they want it to not how the world works we had to borrow money from neighbors and family just to buy food for the next two weeks until I get paid. What they have done is fraud and honestly have no respect for a business that lies and treats someone this way.

Best doctor i have ever seen really cares about his patients and there health takes time to listen to you even though he is a very busy doctor great doctor and staff can't say enough look forward to going in every month because I know I will be well taken care of by both staff and nurse and doctor can't thank you enough God bless you

Dr. Seaton is a great doctor I’ve been with him for over four years, I’ve always been honest with him about my issues. As of the last couple years he moved to a bigger office and hired a bunch of Nurse practitioners. Last week I went to see one of the Nurse Practitioners Her name was Sarah H. I explained to her I was in a tremendous amount of pain with my back and my fibromyalgia. I’ve been on Gabapentin for years and never abused it. However she knows that I can’t take opiates. But I told her that it seemed like I was becoming immune to it, and discussed switching to Lyrica. She ordered a bunch of blood work because I’m always tired and in pain. She was rude and I felt like I was being judged and rather than ask my permission or ask me if there was anything in my system, ( which I would have been honest if there was) she ordered a drug screen without asking my permission ( even though it isn’t illegal) she just did it. I think that was sneaky and underhanded. I know Dr. Seaton to be fair, non-judge mental, and he definitely would have ask me or discussed it with me, so since I can’t even ever see him , I’m choosing to change doctors. He’s a great doctor but it’s like he’s gone corporate and it just isn’t the way it was.

Most of the nurses are very polite and helpful but the ones that are quite rude and so unhelpful makes the experience there feel they do not care about my healthcare. Also they never call with test results. I hope this post makes a difference. Also calling in refills that they fail to do during my office visit is so difficult.
