The only good thing about Cherokee health in maynardville is the doctors. The front desk girls are nothing but rude don’t have people skills. If they got rid of the front desk girls and got ones that know how to talk to people and treat them with care then it would be a great place. The doctors are great though they really help you. If it wasn’t for them I would never go here. They need to teach the front desk girls how to treat people and am not saying it’s easy with some patients cause some of them can be rude but the ones that aren’t treat them good. Don’t be B to them.

I am very pleased with everyone at this office. If you feel like you are not being heard by your Doctor try here.My daughters are helping me with health issues Doctor Moncier was very patient as the girls asked question after question.I travel an hour each way to stay with Doctor Moncier he is thorough in the testing that needs to be done. When there is a problem it is mostly on my part.I want to Thank Doctor Moncier for his patience today.

Ive been going to this Cherokee Health location for a number of years and have seen many of the doctors there from medical to mental health to dental care. This is my favorite office Ive ever gone to in my entire life. Very professional staff always going the distance to help me get my medical needs filled. Im especially impressed by the work Matt Beason does. He is always thorough with my treatment and concerned with my overall health.

Matthew Bewson is a great example of what a fnp isnt suppose to represent. He is supposed to be understanding compassionate and supervising his patients care. This man is none of the above he is egotistical and only cares about his image.

⚠️🚫⚠️🚫⚠️🚫⚠️🚫⚠️🚫⚠️🚫⚠️🚫⚠️🙅♀️Stay away from 👨⚕️M. Beason practitioner hes a crooked little man👹. Id give 0 stars if I could 1 is cause I didnt have a choice. The staff is amazing so kind at the front desk along with the nurse that takes vitals is sweet... but the practitioner? Smh do not let your family be seen there. There wolves in sheeps clothing I learned my lesson and had to learn the hard way unfortunately. You put all your trust in this practitioner only for him to hurt your family. If this was the only office opened in the whole world...Id die before placing my trust in them again. I could go on and on and on about this but Im just gonna finish it here.🤐

I see Mary Walker medical Dr. Bullpsychologist and Dr. Greenwoodpsych. They are all absolutely incredible and I would recommend them all day long. The nurses and check out office ladies are awesome. I’m not very fond of the check in ladies.. they seem very stuck up and rude but I always give the benefit of the doubt because I know their job is hard too. All in all I think it’s a great place
