Srinivasa Chintalapudi's Online Review Report Card

Have been a patient of Dr. Chinta for 7 plus years. His office staff is pleasant and considerate. Dr. Chinta spends sufficient time with you and involves you in your health care discussion. Always waits until you have asked all your questions When a referral to a specialist is needed he refers to the best. We are fortunate we found Dr. Chinta to be our family physician.

This doctors office is ok. Im not over impressed or underwhelmed.Its just what I would expect from a simpledoctors office.

This place is absolutely horrible especially Brandy and the manger Christy they dont care for patients or there health. They booted me out cause I refused to see a doctor that had absolutely nothing to do with my health failing. And this doctor agreed with them. If they cant help you? They discharge you from there practice. Its a joke here. Save yourself a trip here.

This is truly the best care I have ever had in the 45 years I have been on this earth.I am a lifetime asthmatic. I have been to more doctors than I can count just to be fed the same story . The same medication. The same cycle of destruction.Heres your albuterol sir and take this steroid and out the door I go . To puff like an addict on that inhaler till its gone while eating Primatene tablets just trying to survive .Now most asthmatics can tell you what these drugs do to you . Long story short it makes you nervous jumpy easily angered and for me just completely uncomfortable in my own skin. Not to mention what it does to your teeth.I am convinced that this is what happened to my first marriage and had my second in jeopardy. It is hard knowing that I was being a jerk but not knowing what to do about it .Walking away from loved ones because I was about to explode in anger . Counting to ten or how ever far I had to . Just to stop myself from saying something that I could not take back . This is not the way to live your life my life ....any life .We have tried everything that we could think of to correct the indoor air quality inside our home . I am in the heating and air conditioning business and know multitudes of ways to clean indoor air .We run the best filters ultraviolet light removed carpets changed soaps fabric softeners pillow cases and even found a home for a dog we had tried to keep. Nothing was working .In December 2017 I was getting into trouble yet again with my asthma getting out of control. I decided to stay local here in maynardville and see a doctor at Caring Medical Center.I had been here earlier in the year for a DOT physical. I saw Amelia Case . The visit took the same track that all my other visits to all the other doctors at first . Paperwork insurance called back weight vitals and waiting in the small room . Ready for the same run of the mill asthmatic visit. Yup you have asthma How long has this been going on ? Do you have a primary care physician?But I was astonished by how Amelia Case came in and actually talked to me . She actually listened...Not only to me but To Me She explained some things she could do to help me and ACTUALLY CARED ......FOR ME She put together some different types of medications for a more long term plan of attack . Yes I got the usual albuterol prescription but I also got 3 other more long term medications and ways to NOT use the albuterol as much .I want to thank Amelia. You have given me a gift more special that you could ever imagine.Thank you for listening to me .Thank you for your knowledge and expertise to make a better plan for me .I have NEVER been able to breath like this ever in my life . I am a new person because of you . I am not a jerk . I am better because of you . Just with one preventative ...Amazing . My arms and fingers dont tingle anymore . I dont see spots . And most of all Im happy . I actually have a good personality and my loved ones have noticed .Thank you Amelia . I will always come see you with my needs from now on . And I promise to stay on the track you have presented. Why ?Because it works . You rock .Caring Medical Center is my doctors office of choice. It should be yours too.

After years of going to different Drs that were more interested in the time they were spending with patients then the patients health..it is a blessing to finally find a Dr that takes the time to really listen to you about your concerns and really listens no matter how long it takes for you to explain. Thank you Dr. Kennith Nicely for being just who you are. You are an amazing Dr. and I am blessed to have finally found a Dr who really cares about me and my health issues. Thank you Dr. Ken I would be lost without you.

Dr. Chintalapudi takes great interest in his patience health as well as the individual. He takes time to listen to the patient. He lifts the spirit of the patient while patiently explaining the healthcare he is providing.

I would chose this doctor again and hope for a long relationship. He cares about all your health issues and you as a person. I feel comfortable asking about all health concerns. If the wait is longer than usual it is because he spends the time with you that you need. It is reassuring to know that he is giving all his patients the best care.

As a military family that was constantly seeing different doctors and moving every two years I have to say that Dr. Chinta and the entire staff are absolutely amazing. Took a little while to warm up to everyone as we were outsiders that moved here retired and had to search for a doctor that helped our whole family. After 3yrs I have no regrets My younger children absolutely love him as well. My youngest are 9 and 12 and I had them at a pediatrician elsewhere here. They both begged to go to Dr. Chinta so we are all patients at Caring Medical and Amelia the NP is just as wonderful as Chinta. The entire staff know us well and we have never had any issues. I cannot say enough about them all. So happy to be HOME in Tennessee and be apart of Caring Medical Center.
