I made an appointment for my 4 month old a month ago after moving to the area. When I made the appointment it was clear that it was a well visit for a BABY. TODAY, 2 DAYS BEFORE HIS APPOINTMENT...I get a call and the woman tells me they don't do vaccinations there....ok. First of all the website boasts about how they provide vaccinations for children. Strange. He doesn't get them anyway so I say that's fine and we say bye. THEN I get a call 2 minutes later...same woman...telling me now that they don't see babies....what???? She knew he was a baby with her previous call. It says they see children up to 18 years old on their website. Nowhere does it say they only see children of a certain age. But the best part is him being a baby isn't new!! They got his DOB when I made the appointment. I am so confused by my absurd interaction at this clinic. I am HAPPY I'm not bringing my baby there if this is how uncoordinated and confused they are.

I just called to see if I could get tested for COVID since I have a horrible sinus infection (hopefully that's all) The girl that answered was so unhelpful and made me feel like I was bothering her.

I was sick and needed to see a doctor. Knew Donna and had seen her before. What I was amazed by was Dr brown and staff caring and professional manner they worked. I have always felt like I'm the only patient there because each one takes the time and care for you. They have never rushed in and out . They explained the problem and always follow up. There's no way to say enough good things about them.

I love that they are open late. I work out of town, and don't get back in McKenzie until 4:30. I don't have to leave work early, I see Donna Waldell, who is exceptional, and all the staff are caring and professional.

I would like to thank Donna and her staff for always taking good care of me when I've been injured or sick. Recently I had to make an appointment because I have had the "Crud" for a week and a half. I scheduled an afternoon appointment but needed to be seen sooner. I telephoned and was told to come on in that morning. After being seen and diagnosed I was given a"cocktail" shot and by that evening I was feeling much better! I only wish I would have made an earlier appointment instead of trying to fight the sickness myself. Thanks Donna I really appreciate it! -Mike Ray

Took my daughters there recently to the walk in and got seen within 15 mins! Definitely recommend this place! I switched both my daughters over to start seeing Drew Brown! He is very professional, nice and actually sits down and discuss everything with you. And shout out to Raven cunningham- Tharpe for referring us! And the rest of the staff is very friendly. and it’s got a family environment as soon as you walk in the doors!
