Cetin Hekimoglu's Online Review Report Card

Just reading the reviews, that Dr. Hekimoglu and staff has gone down, in the professionalism manner! I will second that motion. They're very bad of NOT calling or responding back to the pharmacy or to me, that has sent multiple messages of a prescription, I can't just stop immediately from taking it! 😡 it's already been too long enough and enough time before the holiday kicked in, to have my perscription be taken care of. 01/03/2023- My Rx is still NOT filled. 😡 Seriously, toying with people's emotions, when medication(s) have to be taken for a 24/7 all day every day, horrible pain, is definitely negligent, unprofessional, towards patent(s). I would NOT recommend this doctor. As well, my wait time was (3) hours. Thats including waiting for Dr. H in the exam room. Ridiculous!! **(2) complaints have been filed, with my medical insurance, regarding the negligents of Dr. H and staff.** NO longer my PCP.

Waiting 2 to 3 hours to see your doctor after you show up at your scheduled appt time is rediculous... Also my wife has very important meds that need to be taken daily and gets nothing but excuses from the receptionist and other members of the team why they cannot get that information to the pharmacy. Even the pharmacy has called them to tell them that they are putting their patient at risk and need to take action immediately, and still they have done nothing. 😡

When my private patient 1st started seeing Dr H he was great, that has severely went down hill. Wait time is ridiculous, he doesn't even come into the the building till 10-10:30, you sit forever waiting for him to get in the room once back there & he completely ignores anything you say to him. As someone that is with the lady 6 days a week for nearly 6 years you would think he would at least listen when you tell him something is abnormal or normal for her. He sends you for useless tests & insists it's an "emergency" issue only to find out it was simply wasted time, and he despises being wrong. Some of the staff is ok but one lady, older, slim, short haired, is one of the most hateful people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She is hateful, short with you, & acts like she's doing you a huge favor by speaking to you at all. When told my patient would be seeing a new doctor she basically had a hissy fit, said my patient would loose a limb if she didn't return (by the way the specialist they sent her to that she had to see immediately assured us she is just fine & so is her limbs) then she stormed off before another word could be said. I'm so thankful I was able to find my patient an awesome new doctor.

Wait time is ridiculous. 2x waiting in the waiting room over 2 hours. And here the squeaky wheel gets the oil, others walked in after me and were seen before me. Also tried to do a tele health and explained that my cell phone wasn't working. I waited by my home phone for 3 hours. Called the next day they said the doctor called on my cell phone. Which doesn't ring. He has too many patients spreads himself to thin. Also there were no masks available for patients that just walked in, and the one lady was not vaccinated. I gave her one of my masks. And the lady who draws blood acts like you are asking for a kidney to put a mask on, then whines like a baby and will take it right off before you leave the area. Fyi. As of 3/22/22. There are still 1k Americans dying from covid. And if you are seeing elderly and sick patients, I would think. .... you would encourage your staff to wear a mask.

Dr. H and his staff are top notch. He always takes time to hear your concerns and answer questions. A+++++

Dr. Cretin Hekimoglu is a great dr

This is the second time, as a new patient, that they have me wait for over an hour. That's absurd. They also keep asking me why I am visiting, even though Dr H asked me to come. He does seem to know what he is doing, but to have someone come in at a certain time does in theory imply that you'll see them by then.

Second time as a new patient that he is over an hour late. Then why give someone a time indication? Incredible

I saw Dr H and was thoueghly impressed with his knowledge. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a PCP. 5 stars isn't enough.

Dr. H and his staff are amazing! My husband and daughter see him as well. He’s very very smart, down to earth, and will take the time to listen to your every concern. He explains everything and answers all your questions even if it takes an hour. He’s not a rush in rush out Dr. and that’s few and far between these days. Hands down best doctor I’ve ever seen!! We are blessed to have him here in such a small town!! Hats off to you Dr.Cetin Hekimoglu and all your amazing staff
