Dr. Jacobs is one of the most astute physicians I have ever used. He is extremely strong in diagnosing, and certainly in overall health care. He loves his patients and will visit them and check on them, even if they have been "handed off" to another doctor for specific treatment. Dr. Jacobs is retiring in about two months, and this is such a loss for our community and for myself. However, I wish him a wonderful, fulfilling new time of life. He has been a blessing to all his patients!
