Spouse saw Dr. Stewart. Ok visit. There was little explanation of tests the doctor wanted to schedule. He got a call saying he needed tests. He wanted more info about the tests. He was told a nurse would call him back. After 2 weeks and 2 more calls asking for a call back he never heard a word. He went in for tests and his experience with Dr. Stewart was good. About a week later he got Covid and was prescibed an antiviral but couldn't take until he got information from nurse about a potential severe side effect that could happen with medicine Dr. Stewart had him on. He was instructed that he needed the prescribing doctor at Urology to tell him if safe to come off med in order to take antiviral. On a Thursday a message was left marking urgent. By Tuesday still no call back. After 3 more calls on Tuesday I was told by nurse she had 80 other people to call back and Dr. Stewart knew she was behind. If you need help don't expect it. It was too late to start antiviral. Will be leaving.

I was pleasantly surprised by the reception process and offering of same day complete evaluation. Smooth from top to bottom and in this kind of business that just what you want. Dr. Stewart was caring kind and professional. I am sure he is excellent in diagnosis and treatment.

Great doctor! His bedside manner was outstanding and greatly appreciated. He was very personable, knowledgeable and clearly articulated his diagnosis. The clinic staff was capable and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Stewart.

Dr Stewart is 5 star ! The staff is the opposite ! My husband was called at home and told "You have cancer" !! Dr Stewart wants you to come in to talk to you ! We went & waited our turn. He was called back and we were told to go down to aisle D.! We did that and we were greeted with "You shouldn't be back here" like we were being scolded. He told her we were sent back there to see Dr Stewart. She said "let me find his nurse" ! We both were shocked by her behavior towards elder patients ! Then we are told he needed an MRI which was scheduled 12 days later. Anxiety grew every day. We finally go to the appt for MRI and wait. He was called back & to an office by a man that told him "I'm sorry I was suppose to call and give you instructions on prep for the MRI"! So they could not give him the test. We left. 5 hours wasted plus gas from a diff. county. 10/14/2020 I called Methodist MRI for another appt. Is this additional 2 week wait going to cost his life ?

Dr. Adam Stewart, Is A Phenomenal Doctor, He's Very Professional, He Always Enter The Room With A Smile, Bedside Manners Are Exceptional, He's Very Knowledgeable Of His Job, Dr. Stewart Explains Every Diagnosis & Procedure Where You Have A Clear Understanding Before Leaving His Office, He's A Doctor With Lots Of Compassion, A Doctor With A Big Heart, A Doctor That Listen. I Highly Recommend Dr. Adam Stewart !!!

He comes off nice enough, but his staff is completely intolerable. This has been the worst medical provider my family has ever experienced. I have since reported him and his group to our insurance company. He can contact me directly about this report and my online reviews. His treatment and mental abuse of my loved one is wholly unacceptable.

I usually give doctors 5 stars, but in this case I can not. Dr Stewart is a good doctor, but his staff does not provide good service. Messages to Dr Stewart and his staff, and the patient portal, are ignored. Medical record contains a lot of incorrect information. I would recommend seeing another urologist at Conrad Pierson or going to another clinic.

Dr. Stewart is one of the best. It is very evident he went into medicine for the love of helping people! I wish we had more just like him!

Dr. Stewart is the best! Very energetic, upbeat and knowledgeable. He put my scared husband right at ease.

Excellent Dr very warm & friendly instantly puts you at ease. I was very impressed and look forward to a follow/up to review my upcoming scans.
