Dr. Kathawala & his staff are great. They manage to keep the patient & their family members well informed by answering concerns & clarifying misconceptions when necessary.

Worst experience-waited 2hours only to be told the doctor wasn’t even there also the front desk staff so inefficient!!

Bad receptionist with attitude, But the doctor himself okay , even tho , he only see u once or twice . Then he leave you in the hands of his nurse, no patience at all . And take time for her to send you Your médecin. I think he need to get a new and better Nurse. And receptionist. 💪💪💪💪that’s just my opinion.

This doctor's office is one of the worst in time management. My father had a 10 o'clock appointment. We were there at 9:45 am. There were two other patients that was scheduled at 10:00 as well, however, they both got there after 10:00. These two patients were called to the back before my father as well as other patients with later appointment times, for the same doctor. When we asked about when he was going to be seen, he was told there were three people ahead of him. So, we waited until 12:40 pm and left without being seen. This isn't the first time, but it's the first time we've said something about it. This shouldn't be allowed. Just think of the many patients that don't say anything or have anyone to speak on their behalf. If someone is late, they should be placed behind those that were there on time or asked to reschedule to protect the integrity of the process of being efficient and fair.

This office should be closed down, the carpet is so nasty, smelly and out dated. you would think all the insurance they collect some would be used for maintaining a decent place to serve their patients. it's all about the $. Service is the worst I have ever experienced.

Would not recommend this doctor. Visited the office on three occasions and never met the doctor; I saw nurse practitioners twice. On the third appointment, I learned that the office had no records of medicines, hospital and doctors' reports on me as a patient on file, including not having documented activity from their own nurses, labs, and X-ray department. They did not have a record of their own nurse giving me a shot and of the prescription sent to my pharmacist. Unacceptable and dangerous!

The practice is run by the nurse practitioners. Dr. Kathawala comes in the office maybe once a week.

I have never in my life had to wait so long to see a doctor. if you goyothis doctor, prepare to wait at least 2 hours in the waiting room, and 1 hour or more when they call you back. ridiculous. Staff is rude. very unprofessional. I would not recommend any one to see him. Terrible.
