I have to have 2 separate procedures from Dr. Lauglin. Him and his staff too extremely good care of me. He is patient with a me. I have been very satisfied.

I was really pleased with the staff and Dr Laughlin.. My surgery went great and my recovery was without problems..

Went to this doctor for surgery for breast cancer. He fine at the initial appointment, but when trying to get him to coordinate with my plastic surgeon he would not return calls to the plastic surgeon or me. His staff was rude, and denied that either I or the plastic surgeon had left messages. This went on for a month until I had to get a different surgeon.This went on from Sept - Nov., 2018

Dr Laughlin repaired my umbilical hernia, he has excellent bedside manners, his staff was wonderful. He answered all our questions and took excellent care of me! I would highly recommend him!

I had a recurring problem with a perianal abscess. Very painful. Dr. Laughlin repaired the root cause of the problem and I've been okay since. Not only an outstanding surgeon, he is an excellent diagnostician.

After reading a few early ratings I almost didn’t meet with Dr Laughlin regarding a hernia issue. The doctor did a great job explaining what causes a hernia and my options. I went with the robotic procedure. All went exactly as planned. A day after the procedure I was up walking. A week later I’ve started light exercise. Overall great experience. I’d recommend Doc Laughlin to friends and family.

Denied surgery due to " you're too fat to remove your inflamed gall bladder". After which he refused to give me documentation. That wasn't his only remark. He greeted me "Boy you're a fat guy!" As to me asking for my papers, he returned to the front desk and said " I can refuse anyone I want and I don't give written documentation to someone I refuse to operate on. Now, I have other patients to see, please leave you're taking space." You would think I had been rude to him by such remarks. Nope! Just shocked and needed something stating his refusal. Receptionist said that he had to write something and that if not by the end of the day it would be Thursday because that's when he usually gets his information together to be entered in the system. She got my number to call me and my address to send it to me. Nothing has ever been given to me or my PCP.

Cattle Corral If you are willing to sign a contract that says they can charge you if you miss an appointment AND put up with them missing EVERY appointment they set with you - then maybe you like this doctor. If you are a cow or a sheep and meekly allow them to waste your time, then maybe you will like this doctor. They do NOT honor appointments. None. Zero. They just get a bunch of people in the office and make them sit. See below. There is another review of this problem. People, you are the ones bringing the money to this office. Don't let them treat you like cattle. Take your money and go elsewhere.
