Wonderful practice!! Dr Senchenkov is an artist in plastic surgery. Takes time to explain everything and does not rush you to a decision. He is always available for questions or concerns. I have recommended his practice to several friends and they thought it was a wonderful experience also. Dr. Senchenkov is very hands-on and knows exactly what’s going on with your care. I would say he is a bit of a perfectionist which is what you want when looking for a plastic surgeon. Can’t say enough good things about the whole experience

You just need to see my face!!! Dr Alex removed a large under the skin growth near my jaw. I had worried that I would be disfigured. He was kind, answered all questions, and was always available throughout the process. AND...I am so very happy with the results.! I have seen some of the reconstructive work he's done for cancer reconstruction....amazing! It's so rare to have a doctor that so obviously puts his patients first....and did I say.... He's an artist.

Dr. Senchenkov performed reconstruction surgery after my double mastectomy. He is a perfectionist for his surgeries and a caring man. He gave me his cell number and answered my calls even on weekends. We are still working on additional reconstruction and I have total faith in this man. Would definitely recommend him for surgery.

I was admitted to Manatee Memorial in December 2020 with a cancerous tumor. I was in such bad shape that I received 5 units of blood and multiple antibiotics upon admission. After the physicians did their testing and consulting about my situation, Dr. Senchenkov (apparently) took the lead on my case and performed three surgeries on me over 30 days to save my life. (The first surgery alone was about 10 hours.) He visited me multiple times post-surgeries - not just during morning rounds - and ALWAYS made sure that I was being taken care of. He was always very direct and answered my questions. After I was released, his follow-up care was great.

I anticipated a same day parathryoid surgery, a quick "in an out." Surgery was pushed back to late afternoon at Manatee Memorial. I was getting anxious because I live in Venice. My sister, who was driving me, was concerned because of the distance, the late hour after recovery, and being unfamiliar with the area. Asked Dr. Senchnkov if he would admit me. He admitted us both which was an unexpected blessing . I very much appreciate his generosity and am looking forward to having the bandage removed. Would be very pleased to recommend him for his skill an concern for his patients.

I had deep flap breast reconstruction done by Dr Senchenkov with beautiful results. I am thankful he was able to take me as patient after three other doctors suggested only implants to be replaced which did ruptured bilaterally second time and third replacement should not be recommend due to scares and chest tissues damage. Dr Senchenkov took time to clean all silicone and scare tissue from my chest and builded bilateral breasts from my tissue. Procedure took 9 hours first day and 18 hours second day, and all this time dr. Senchenkov was working patiently. When I asked him how could he work so long his answer was “ I am happy I can help women with breast cancer with multiple options for breast reconstruction”. Thank you dr Senchenkov your job can not be paid.

Suffice to say that I have no regrets suggesting that Dr. Senchenkov NOT be used. My experiences with him in all areas was poor. The "end all" was when he emailed if I would like to have my surgery the next day and did not remember that I had not received the necessary cardiac clearance yet. Much more! Stay away!

Dr Senchenkov is the best plastic surgeon in the area.

Dr.Senchenkov is great doctor about 2 months ago he did my surgery Everything went great he is such a caring doctor to his patients .He listened and answered all my questions as I was very nervous he explained everything to me I felt confident and had all my trust in him I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends he always answer his phone busy or not he is always there . Thank you Dr. Senchenkov I appreciate you!!

Dr Alex Senchenkov has done a great job on my surgery , he is hardworking and polite no matter how busy he is always return your calls I would highly recommend add Senchenkov to anyone.
