Dr. Jones has made the process of starting Accutane a nightmare. She isn't knowledgeable of the iPledge system, beyond the pamphlet that is given to you, and is unable to give you all of the accurate information that you will likely need. First, she made me miss my 1st 7-day window by calling my prescription in too late and to the wrong pharmacy. Then, she got me locked out of the iPledge system, by entering me in as post-therapy before I was able to ever start.
