List of Allison Stiles's Reviews
Dr. Stiles is delightful. The people working the front desk are completely incompetent. Called 4 times and went to the office in person one afternoon to try to get prescribed TamiFlu. Was told a nurse would take care of it each time. Left my name and phone number with two different people and a message with the nurse. No one called me back and the prescription was not filled. I now have the flu and will have to take a week off work during one of the busiest and most important weeks of my year. Very dissatisfied with this experience.
I have been trying to contact someone there for 3 days. They do not return your calls. I have left messages. I was there once and told I had broken ribs. I was sent across the hall to another clinic for x-rays. When they finally contacted me they told me my lungs were clear. I told them I was there to see if I had broken ribs and the lady said I’ll call you back. She called sometime later and said my ribs were fine… I have lost confidence in this clinic. My last call was to say I needed to see someone. They still haven’t returned my call. I’m sitting in the er right now.
Not much of a review person...but tried to make an appointment with Dr Stiles office and when they asked what for I responded my allergies were acting up and I needed an annual exam. Was told to come tomorrow for a Covid Test first. Said I'd be happy to do so, but would like to make an appointment now, even if it was for a couple of weeks out. Office staff hung up on me...to be fair. I've been a patient for years and haven't even met Dr. Stiles to this point. Not a great experience.
I did not see Allison Stiles, I saw Wendy the nurse practitioner. I was not happy with my visit as a new patient. The NP hardly looked at me, never listened to my heart or pulse or anything else. Didn't order labs, hardly asked me any questions other than if I wanted any refills. On my way out the staff refused to take my copay because it wasn't printed on my insurance card despite the fact that I know I have a copay. As I sat in the waiting room the ladies at the front desk were discussing another patient's medical care and diagnosis. So much for HIPAA. Won't be back to this office.
I don’t have a problem with the doctor but her staff is dishonest and rude. I have no record of the call and message they supposedly made to my number regarding rejected insurance claims and they gave me incorrect information about what my insurance company told them. They blamed me for my claim being rejected and told me I would have to pay my balance to see the doctor… but of course waited until I took off work and got there to tell me. My insurance company is investigating the matter but the issue was unresolved at the time and I was unable to receive my appointment.
Have been a Patient for a few years. Had a appointment Today I am amazed at How caring and Professional This Staff is!!!!!
Please consider getting staff with an ability to discuss office visit fees. I understand that tests cost extra but if the office visit alone can vary by more than $100, I"d like to be prepared to pay the correct amount. Your appt person said it depends on how long the visit takes but when I tried to clarify by asking "so it's based on time?" she said "no, it's not about time. it's about level". When I asked her to explain what she means by "level", her answer was an irritated "it's level 1, level 2, level 3 or level 4! " You know, I know, and she knows that is not an explanation.
would be a great doctor if she answered her phone
I have had an extremely negative experience here. I've been unable to get in touch with anyone from this office, despite calling for several weeks. The only people who answer their phone are those in the billing department, which says a lot. I hope someone from this office sees this review and finally calls me back. I had one physical done at this office in March with Dr. Warren and received a $318 bill in the mail. A few weeks later I called the office back because no one had contacted me about my bloodwork, which was done because I had some pretty serious concerns. The person who answered told me that their policy is that they have 30 days to get back to me about bloodwork results. 30 DAYS!?!?! Are you kidding??? If there was a serious concern, would you want to wait 30 days to know? Still, more than 2.5 months after my visit, no one has contacted me about my bloodwork, but they continue to send me invoices every couple of weeks. Meanwhile, I call every few days to inform them that I will not pay my bill until I receive the results of the bloodwork that I would be paying for. Every time I call, I speak to someone different, and they clearly don't keep track of their calls or communicate with one another because someone recently said to me "well you should've called and let us know that's what you were doing!" Um... I did. It is beyond frustrating to see that doctors and their offices value the bill being paid more than they value taking care of their patients, they do not stay organized enough to care for us well, and do not make themselves available for patients when we have concerns. I will never return to this office.
Excellent, thorough, communicates with patients. You are treated as individual and not a number.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
