Even though I left multiple messages, no one would call me back to address an urgent prescription issue. Many days later, when the prescription was sent in, it was not done correctly causing even more delay. When dealing with something as important as medication, it would be great if there was responsiveness.

Doctor kumar explained everything in detail I like a doctor like that. But the staff had me pay almost $500 that I was unaware of almost $500 in one day’s visit not everyone can pay almost $500 in one day’s visit I barely had it anyways my doctor is very professional

He was the doctor my wife had when pregnant with our first son. Dr. Kumar made my wife feel like just another number every check up, he put my wife's labor on his time frame, didn't check on her after the delivery process, and at the one week mark he told my wife,"see you next year" when she declined birth control for the health risks they have. Baptist DeSoto women's pavilion was wonderful, but if you want a Dr. who takes an interest and concern for their patients I advise against Kumar.

i saw this doctor for 4 years until i moved out of state. he's humble and kind. he helps. that's why i stayed with him for as long as i did.

He has been my DR about 10 years. Always been caring and always seems want what's best for the patient . He listens .. He remembers things about you.. even though he sees you only once a year

Zero communication between staff and doctor. Unorganized. Never been apart of such a circus in my life. My wife waited well over an hr. Every visit. Nurses NEVER called with results when they stated they stated they would. Completely screwed up our results on one occasion. We were treated like strangers every time we walked in the door. In summary, If this were the last clinic on earth to take care of my wife and future child, I would try to do it on my own rather than come back here.

I think doctor KUmar is a good doctor.however, he is always in a rush. He doesn't have time to answer any of my questions and I barely have time to spit out medicine requests.it is my first time being pregnant and I'm clueless. When I last saw him he was in the room with me for only 3 minutes and he did a culture while he was in the room. I've always liked Dr Kumar but I feel like I'm not getting the attention I deserve.
