I felt that Dr. Watson dismissed my pain as if I was not hurting or was retaining water. He was talking really loud and didn't even close the door to the room. I have an appointment to go back in six months. However, I will cancel it. I don't want to see him again.

My mother was in ICU for several days and we were sent home with medication to monitor her heart rate. The very next day, around noon, we called the office due to her increased heart rate and never received a call back. I then called back at 1:42 and the answering service answered stating they flipped their phones- they close at 2pm. We left another message to have the doctor paged (the woman on the phone was phenomenal) and close to 5pm we get a call from Dr. Andrew Watson and i was truly taken back with his tone, which was fully dressed in aggravation. "Hello...HELLO.. This is Dr. Watson." , our response " Yes my mother's heart is 127, and she is on this medication", before we could even finish he cut us off, said i can't help you or offer you any medical advice and the phone call ended. Now, i understand not giving medical advice over the phone, etc. BUT, there was no "warmth" in his tone or care. He dismissed us before we even let him know our concerns.I couldn't imagine being a pt

From the front desk to my time with Dr. Watson was great. Question’s were asked and answered and I always felt at ease. I was stressed about the need to go to a cardiologist for the first time in my life. And I am no longer stressing out about heart issues. And feel better about some new diet decisions I am making.
