List of Ann Marie Motley's Reviews
Took my mom and the wait was too long. They were not concern about the patient wait time.
i never saw a doctor office opens at 9am but doctor dont get there until 11 or 12. the staff somewhat have attitudes and they say the doctor will give u a call back and it will take a whole day or 2 i understand that there are alot of patients but when you have patient who had surgery and have questions about medicines and u take that long to return an call is horrible also. i remember when i had an appointment at 10am and didnt leave until about 3pm. dr ann can do so much better..
If an elderly patient has to be @ a doctor every visit over 4hours it's a problem you don't need license to voice opinion for not being pleased with your mom care,if I could change her I would. My mom health is failing some of the reason medication changes when shouldn't have .People if your family are in a hospital and gets released to a rehab check and see what medication they are taking to be sure their not taking what the suppose to be taking cause my mom was getting the same medication that put her in the hospital that shouldn't have been on file, some things I don't have to accept.
Visit be over 4 hours for an elderly patient, not pleased or with care
When I met Dr. Motley at the Methodist Whitehaven Health Fair I was impressed with her interaction with the public. I went to her based on that and found myself being there for over 3 hours. The wait was so long that they gave out snacks. I went back for the second time and it was better; however, I 'll just say, I wont be back a third time.
Very sweet and professional
I intentionally requested 1st or early appointment to see Dr. Anna Motley thinking I would not have wait the 2 hours that I did to see the doctor. The office staff was fine and Dr. Anna Motley was fine. She even gave me a thank you card for choosing their service and the card suggested taking the patient experience survey. So here I am. After being treated, I had some complications after hours that I had never experienced. Since I did not get any special instructions from the doctor before I left the office, I called the service and explained that I needed to ask Dr. Motley what should I do about the shooting pain in my arm after getting an injection. The service kept asking me if it was an emergency, if so I need to go to the emergency room. I did not know because I had never experienced this before. I did not know because I had no home care instructions nor did not know if this required spending more money to go to emergency room, when I could just talk to MY doctor and get advise what I should do about the pain. The service advise me the doctor is on call but insisted they could not bother the doctor and got strict instructions not to give them calls from patients under no circumstances. They could only give them calls for the hospital. So I would have to go to the ER and have them call the doctor before I would get a response from the doctor. I have never had a doctor that I could call after hours and at least the doctor on call would answer, even if it is not my own doctor. As a senior citizen, not knowing what to do I was so disappointed and frustrated that my daughter resulted in looking online to get me some relief. Thanks to Google. It is sad how healthcare has gotten so commercial and just a business and little concern for people. I will speak to MY doctor when I go back in 4 months. It is hard to find a good ole doctor with human values these days.
She is not a timely person. Appointment scheduled for 1145am still had not seen me at 115pm.
This not the place for you, of course if you have time TO WASTE, and I do mean waste I'll say go here, the appointment time was ay 2:30, excuse me 2:45 pm I did arrive 15 minutes early, and patronize the business because its a wife and husband african american team, and I wasnt disappointed, they lived up to that token profiling of blacks living in American here it is 3:47 & im still here, after today ill be finding me a new PCP,
To-date, no major problem(s), except with staff: unfriendly, uncaring, brash, non-professional (all with exception of 2-3_

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
