Will never use this doctor again. LP has practiced too long and patients have become numbers. Very dangerous for men dealing with the probability of prostate cancer. Don't walk, run to find a new group of caring professionals.

Was seen at Baptist Coll ER...with acute renal retention...treated & told to follow up next day with Patterson...Called early next day...was told they would pull my file &call back for appt...2 days later I called...front desk put me on hold 4 diff times...then waited on hold for nurse over 20 minutes, then was told MD was busy, & had not reviewed my chart..Explained I'm still having problems, needed to be seen...the nurse told me he is going out of town for 2 weeks...must NOT need my business!

Dr. Patterson is excellent doctor, but his staff is either incompetent or overworked. His nurse was to call me about coming in for a possible appointment after receiving a report from my primary doctor. I never received the call. I called in an appointment myself.

He performed my surgery for renal cell carcinoma. He answered all my questions and spent as much time with me as I needed. He came highly recommended and that proved correct. His follow up care has been great.
