I arrived in Dr. Dalal’s office 3 weeks ago with 3 broken fingers after a bad fall. I was so impressed with his knowledge and compassion. He took the time to help me feel at ease while discussing the breaks and prognosis. He waited patiently as I asked many questions and made sure I understood his answers. The office staff and Physicians’ Assistants were equally kind and helpful. When I returned to the office for a follow-up appointment, I experienced the same level of kindness and competence!

When my husband and I went for his appointments. I needed paperwork filled out so I, his wife, could be available to care for him & it was never completely in a timely manner causing the case to be closed. My husband was left without care some days & the times I did take off I was taking hits at my job for not being there and I'm on the verge of being fired.

Even though this was 1-1/2 years ago.... Never met the doctor, only office staff... lots of pain, no help and just gave me a shot. Then called 2 weeks later to ask how I felt... sheeesshhhh HOW do you meet a doctor for a first time visit and they are not there..???

Delores H. Dr Dalal is an excellent Surgeon and listen very attentive to you and your concerns, and explains very well you Surgery before hand and let you decide on your surgery, and very protective of his patients concerns after surgery. Dr. Dalal please start taking workman compensation you are very Bless and GOD sent Orthopedic Surgeons.

Dr. Dalal is an excellent surgeon. Performed my rotor cuff surgery, the tear was major and I can lift my arm now. His entire staff is PHENOMENAL(PA Shannon answering questions, scheduling surgery, refills, Felicia making appts., checking provider fees, forwarding calls, etc., Kathy multitasking it all and Surgical Tech Dennis detailed, professional and compassionate. An excellent staff allows a proficient surgeon the time and attention he needs to do his job consistently well.

Dr. Dalal is probably top of the line can't say yet although I have to admit pain not as bad as was expecting. However where the doctor himself is concerned I cannot understand where the 4 and 5 stars come in. He absolutely does not explain the procedure of TKR, is very impersonal, never acknowleged me in pre-op, never saw him after surgery not even on day of discharge from hospital. On first post-op office appointment he kept trying to rush out of exam room which made me forget to ask some important questions I had for him and he never asked me any questions such as how was my pain level,or how often do I need to take pain pills, or do I need to take anything in between, absolutely uncaring and unprofessional as far as DR/PATIENT communication. If you seek his medical treatment I just hope you DO NOT get the treatment I received. The rest of his staff seems to be the very opposite of him. They make you feel welcome and you matter

accurately diagnosed injury after well known speciality clinic misdiagnosed and treated injury conservatively over 3 years with no improvement but steady decline in condition.

Dr. Dalal & his staff are friendly & efficient. Dr. Dalal has a great bedside manner, spent as much time with me at each visit as I needed, answered all my questions, always asks me if there is anything else we need to discuss or that he can do for me. He is the best.

Fast friendly doctor that showed compassion for me. The front office treats me like family and everyone remembers my name every time I go in. The x-ray techs are so nice and so are the nursing staff. I am able to run around with my grandkids again with zero pain. I feel like I am in my 20's again! HIGHLY recommend Dr. Dalal and his wonderful staff. Great experience
