There is no doubt Dr. Rao has had numerous positive experience with patients and unfortunately that just was not the case with me. He was condescending, insulting and made assumptions that not only didn't apply but he choose to verbalize them. It was shocking and disappointing. My whole family are physicians, my friends are physicians and I have not experienced anything like this before and I was very sadden by this experience. I felt it was worth putting it out there.

Dr Rao was a great doc. I don't know about now, as his staff is horrible, especially Theresa. She was suppose to schedule an appointment for 2 skin cancer surgeries, but she said I had to quit smoking, which I did, and I had her lie to me about waiting for the hospital to ok the schedule. I finally called the hospital and the said they never received anything from them. This went on for over a year and 1 spot turned into melanoma.

Dr. Rao has won several awards for his expertise and bedside manner - and they are very well deserved! He is a very compassionate man, patient, and kind. We appreciate all he does for his patients. He is a blessing to the Paris, TN community!

After doing extensive research about getting lip injections I decided to go with Dr. Rao. Although, this is not a huge procedure, it is your face and very important. I am so happy with my results. They are very natural but still plump. Everyone asked me where I went and some of my friends have already gone to him and got theirs done. Not only was my results amazing, the front staff are very kind and helpful.

Dr Rao is a very good reconstructive surgeon. He was part of a team of surgeons who worked together to bring me back to good health. Dr Rao is a very personable young man with a wealth of experience. His office runs on time and his staff is very friendly. I would recommend him for any plastic surgery or reconstructive surgery

Scammers, thief, disorganized and dishonest. They don't pay their bills so they make you pay for it. They tell you different stories every time. The procedures got messed up that I had to go to another doctor to fix it.
