I am unable to schedule any other appointments for the day I see Dr. Coo since she is always over an hour late for my appointments. This has become a habit too, every single time I have an appointment she is late. Unacceptable.

I really like Dr. Coo, however, she is ALWAYS late to my appointment. I am always left waiting over an hour past my scheduled appointment time to see her. She isn't even at the office! I understand once in a while but this has become a regular occurrence since it's happening every single time I have an appointment. It's time to change physicians.
