Christina Mccoy is the BEST!!! My family and I have been seeing her for years and she's awesome every single time. She's always pleasant and never hesitates to address all of my concerns. You can tell that she loves what she does and she definitely makes you feel cared about. When I leave I know that I have received the best care and that means a lot these days.

The staff here are absolutely fantastic. They really go above and beyond to help you and address your medical concerns. The folks on the front desk and the phones are friendly and reassuring. Both Christina and Nicole are excellent NPs; they truly listen to you and never make you rush through a visit. I used to dread medical appointments, but I'm very happy to come to FHFP for any reason.

Dr. Summers is a great doctor. Nice, professional and thorough.

I absolutely love Forest Hill Family Practice! My PCP is Christina McCoy, FNP, and I've been seeing her since a little over 10 years. She is the absolute best hands down. Patient, caring, and compassionate about her patients and their health. She takes her time and answers every question that you have. If she doesn't have the answer, she won't stop until she finds it. I couldn't have chosen a better medical professional for my physical health.

Dr Phillip Minrz at Forest Hill Family Practice has been our GP for as long as we have lived in Memphis (30+ years) and both my wife and me have been under his care the entire time. Staff is Alwys helpful if any Questions come up (that are not easily answered from their Portal (mychart.baptistonecare.org). Dr Mintz has provided excellent Primary Care Services this whole time incuding coordinating things through my wife's pregnancy & subsequent diabetes and my personal bout with cancer. Great Doctor and Great Practice with Always Helpful Staff.

Love, love, Forest Hill Family Practice! I’ve been a patient there since 2008-2009, that says a lot. My pcp is Dr Fang Zhou at FHFP. I appreciate everything about my Dr, however, this review is about Nicole T Meredith, ANP. I absolutely love Nicole, I will see her anytime if my pcp is booked. I’m so blessed I hv that option to see her. Anyways, I’ve been dealing with fibromyalgia nerve pain off and on for years up to now (2020). This year I hv experienced the worst pain ever having more, and more flare ups and persisted pain which started to affect my life, but thank God for Nicole’s experience. She recommended me to get into physical therapy ASAP. 😭 I am so thankful for her experience with my condition and knowing exactly what I needed to help ease my pain and flare ups. On to the healing process. Nicole, brought me to tears how concerns and caring she is about my health. She did exactly what she said she would do, she sent a referral to get me started in PT, the next day I got a call stating my referral was sent by her.. One week later I was in PT.. I absolutely love how genuine and concerned she is. If you’re looking for a great ANP, call Forest Hill Family Practice and schedule an appointment with Nicole. I Highly Recommend Her!

I love them. Short wait. Friendly, and very informative. Gives thorough paperwork explaining diagnosis, prescription and if there is something they can not do, they have a great referral service.

I’ve been going to this practice since they were an independent practice, before they joined the Baptist system, which is a LONG time! I see Kelly Badura, who for me is the best there is anywhere. My daughter sees her, too. I recommend Kelly without reservation, and have referred many people to her. Kelly really cares. She is personable, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain and answer questions. She allows you to be a participant in your own health care, which is hard to find. Trina at the front desk is awesome, and Savannah can give an injection so well you almost don’t feel a thing. Their lab phlebotomist is amazing - never had a bad stick, can find veins when others have had trouble, she’s fast, and no discomfort. I’ve never had a bad experience with front desk or customer service. Sometimes the wait can be more than other times, like on Mondays or during flu outbreaks, but that’s true of any clinic. Even though I live in Bartlett and work downtown so that this location is inconvenient for me, I stay here because of the provider and the quality of care. These are much more important than minor inconvenience.
