So we went here today for my husband for a sick visit and we were a walk in so it took about an hour to be seen by a nurse practitioner. The staff were nice and so was the nurse practitioner but they said they were going to test for the flu but their machine was broken. We wish we were told that when we first walked in so we could've gone elsewhere instead of wasting 2hrs sitting and waiting and now if we want to get a flu test we'll still have to pay out of pocket again. Also we've called at least 10 times since the appointment and the first time they answered and put us on hold for 15minutes and then hung us up and all the other times an automation system comes on as if it's after business hours even though they close at 7pm. So I highly recommend going elsewhere because they may not have what you need, wait is horrible and they won't answer your phone calls.

So city employees have new insurance so we now go to this clinic instead of the Methodist clinic. Only 2 nurse practitioners here today and have been waiting literally 2 hours. Ridiculous! I will just pay my copay next time rather than listening to staff making lunch plans. (Btw, lunch already at 1:30 when they just opened at 11:00??? WTFH!)
