Tristyn bi-monthly speech appointment. Speech therapy for preemies: By time of this appointment, T and I have gone through many obstacles just to make his appointments stayed on schedule.. this didnt always work out in my favor, after i voiced my concern to both Laura and Amy, they had gone above and beyond to insure my son's schedule for them both did not conflict with our everyday schedule. Forever grateful.

BMG-Collierville Internal Medicine Collierville Internal Medicine staff is really friendly and kind from the front desk to the back. My pcp Emily Mewborn is the best. She is caring to her patients, and explains things in away for her patients to understand. Her nurse Tabitha is wonderful. Both of them are the best at there job!

First time patient/reason to visit. They used a person outside my insurance network without asking or informing me and then sent me the bill when my insurance rejected it. I have to now go through appeals and figure out how to fight it and risk a hit to my credit for non-payment, as I wasn't financially prepared for a $400 bill out of nowhere. It' s especially egregious to do so during COVID when so many people are facing financial uncertainty. I don't feel this behavior demonstrates that they advocate for the patient. I'll contact the office but I don't feel I should have to. I think a sign of a good group is them taking care of this without being asked.

I just want to shout out to those at Baptist Medical Group. They now have a SAFE lab where you can go and get your lab drawn in a small, concierge setting. My Baptist provider was able to set this up for me. Someone called me when I got there, screened me and I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. And it was so clean!! Perfect patient environment for quality care in a controlled setting.

They refuse to call the insurance provider to get proof of payment. They want me to set up a a conference call. 2 years after surgery and they are telling me that insurance didn't pay the bill. Insurance informs me they paid it and that all BMG has to do is call and they will give them check numbers. BMG refuses to do this and insists it's my job to get Tricare to call them.

I just don’t like any medical groups I’m sorry but they are just afraid of the pain doctors and what’s a Pain Doctors tell them which if they listen I would already have told them. I had to get my cancer doctor involved in order to try and get me into see a pain doctor just ridiculous
