Dr. Geater is all anyone would want in a Doctor. She gives it to you straight, with no hype. It is always a joy to have a visit with her.
Very patient and shows interest in you as a human being...wants to help you with your health...old school and very knowledgeable

Very pleasant experience. Relaxed, efficient and playful staff.
Dr. Geater is an wonderful doctor and she provides excellent service. She’s genuinely concerned about patients and has an excellent bedside manner!! Unfortunately , some of her staff doesn’t seem have any concern for patients or their time. I contacted the doctors office on Monday morning 5/2/22 wanting to be seen as a walk-in. I was told that I could not be seen until Thursday due the doctors having training. I asked if there was any other time before Thursday available and the receptionist said no. I called on Thursday morning to confirm that I could be seen as a walk-in on Friday and was told I still could from 8am -3pm. She told me that it fills up fast and to come early. So, I scheduled all week to take off on Friday to see the doctor. I arrived at 8:05am Friday morning and their were no patients in the office. The patient sign-in clip board was still behind the counter as the receptionist put it out after I arrived. I was told that they would not be seeing any walk-in patients today. I explained that I confirmed with their office that walk-ins could be seen on today and that I had taken off work to be treated. The receptionist was un- informed and spoke to someone else only to confirm that I couldn’t be seen. I walked out, but came back and asked to speak with an office manager (Sheila). I explained that I knew I couldn’t be seen but expressed how I had confirmed several times before coming, knowing they had training this week until Thursday. She confirmed to me that the information given to me by the receptionist when calling on Monday was completely wrong…even the confirmation I received on Thursday was wrong. She explained that the office was open on Wednesday and Thursday for walk-ins, but not Friday. She apologized that I had be given the wrong information earlier in the week also . I called back about 10am and asked for your voicemail to leave you a private message and the receptionist told me she wasn’t allowed to do that. My posting on google was a last resort. This is what is so frustrating. The people answering the phones are providing WRONG INFORMATION ALL WEEK!I took off work to be seen because of that. It is imperative the receptionist provide correct information and know the importance of their role in the office. How many other patients were given wrong information and lost a days pay?
Dr. Geater is a doctor who cares. I have been a patient for years and she puts your health before anything else. She will make sure you are on track for all health goals.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
