" Dr. Kaplan was recommended to me years ago and every since I have been attending his office my ezcema has cleared up. My skin is no longer dry and rough after I receive my corticosteroid shots. I try to keep my appointments regularly. I enjoyed him and his brother in the same office but now that they are separated, I'm cool with that."

Ive been trying to find new dermatology.. the one I usually go to I have to wait almost 1~2 hour for the doctor..luckily I had found Dr. Kaplan he was the only one that really had good 5stars reviews..his office is on 4th floor btw. He was very sweet, kind, and caring including the staffs as well. I was there no less than 10 mins and he prescribed a medication and that was it. He gets his job done very quickly. Also he will make another appt to reschedule you to see if everything is getting better or not.. I will be coming to see him from now on👍

My children has been seeing Dr. B Kaplan since my oldest been 4 months. And she's 14 yes old now. He is absolutely the best in the Memphis area.

I have been going to Dr. Bertram Kaplan for over 5 years. My skin is very sensitive and he has treated me most recently for a skin cancer. He is extremely competent, knowledgeable, and concerned about his patients. The only thing I don't like is that I have had to wait a while in the outside office on occasion; but if a doctor is successful, he often overbooks his patients to see as many of them as possible. His prices are in line and insurance has always paid off accordingly. I highly recommend this physician for any type of skin ailment! He's mature (in his 50's) and his vast experience gives him the edge; plus, he gets the job done quickly and painlessly. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED! I guarantee it.

i have seen dr. bertram kaplan for 30 years. he is the same now as when i first saw him. he is very gentle. and thorough. and kind. he knows dermatology. when he injects novocaine, you don't even know he has done anything! same thing when he gets a skin biopsy. he knows dermatology. go see him!

Dr. Kaplan has been my Dermatologist since 2009 and he is excellent. He has performed basal cell surgury on me as well as follow up yearly check-ups. He is knowledgeable, cordial and a very good listener.
