I’ve been calling this office for the past two weeks now and no one’s has answered my calls. Omg but y’all say this office is the best smh

Dr. Sweeten provides exceptional services. She has been my family’s pediatrician since 2002. I highly recommend her.

This is my second time visiting the Kirby location and the receptionist attitude is dull and borderline rude, which is the same as my first visit. I would think since this is a doctor’s office mask would be provided at least offered, but no you have to go back to your vehicle to retrieve your own. However, the nurses and Mrs.Sweeten herself are great:-)

Dr. Sweeten has always been AMAZING. We met her almost 18 years ago when she came to check out our newborn son after he was born and we immediately switched pediatricians and haven't looked back since. She's patient, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly she listens to the parents and patients. She is like a part of the family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

She is so good with my son. Every question I have, she has an answer for it. She is so nice and the staff is very respectful.

If having a pediatrician that feels like part of your family and that you trust outright with the care of your children are important to you, then Dr. Sweeten is the professional you are searching for. I am very picky about the care my children receive. I trust Dr. Sweeten more than I trust myself. She has been my children's pediatrician since 2004. We have had a couple of years outside of the country and a couple of years in NY. We missed her and her office staff every time we had to take our children to the doctor. We were delighted she had room to take us on when we returned to Memphis. She is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. Her office staff has been there since we started going there. They are part of the family, too. She listens and she cares about your children. She considers the parents' wishes and doesn't feel the need to exert her position of expertise to override a parent's decision for their child(ren). We absolutely love her.

Dr. Bianca Sweeten has been my family's pediatrician for over 15 years. I have a 15 year old son and a 10 year old daughter as well as, my 9 year old neice who absolutely love her. Dr. Sweeten is transparent in her care, she has awesome bedside manners as a provider. What I love most about her is that she gives advice not only from the professional side but the motherly side.... That's what I look for in a physician. Manesha S. McRee.

Dr. Sweeten is a great doctor. However there are things that should be addressed. You have to wait forever for an appointment because none are available. Sometimes you wait months before being seen unless it's an "emergency" and they'll squeeze you in, in a day or two. It's crowded and when you go, expect to wait a loooong time before called and once you are called, expect to wait a long time in the back. The visit with her is quick though. The staff places you on hold for a long time too and sometimes never comes back. I end up having to hang up and calling back. But most of the time if I get Danielle, I think thats her name, is always helpful and I know she's going to take care of us. Update: Dr. Sweeten has improved. I changed from 2 stars to 4 stars. I dont go as much as I used to but when I do, it hasn't been so bad. I haven't experienced a long wait since last year. I've always liked her, it was just the experiences.
