First off nobody's on the same page everyone that came n the room from the nurses to the doctors had different outcomes different statements of what was going on and what was going to happen I don't even think they compare the charts or communicate with each other at all. Also I didn't know that hospital staff were allowed to wear so much perfume and cologne everyone in this hospital had on an extreme amount of perfume & cologne the emergency room staff to upstairs. I was there with my sick boyfriend they had on so much perfume and cologne that it had me nauseous. Each one came in with a different strong smell it was horrible and I don't think it's safe for patients especially those with weak stomachs or allergies

The worse EVER!!!!!! We where about to transfer my Father to Nashville because they where begging me to pull the plug on NO ENCOURAGEMENT‼️What they did encourage was death RUDELY and I mean rude when I wouldn’t adhere to their demands I was told by one heartless female Dr where not going to keep doing this all day resuscitate him 😶 then they come with Palliative care as if I didn’t know what that meant… Ultimately THEY KILLED HIM WHEN I WOULD’NT COMPLY I WOULD’NT TAKE A HUMAN BEING THERE EVER AGAIN THEY ARE HORRIBLE WHEN CALLING SENDING YOU AROUND THE SWITCHBOARD NEVER GETTING ANY ANSWERS‼️ NOT ALL BUT THOSE DR ON THE FLOORS ICU AND 4th FLOOR ARE BETTER OFF DOING PET GROOMING THEIR COLD AND THEIR HEARTS ARE NOT IN IT‼️‼️‼️‼️

don’t often need to contact my pact team or the sleep clinic but when I do it’s takes 4 to 5 attempts after being transferred to phones that aren’t answer and no voice mail. My primary care provider never follows up with me or returns my calls. It can’t be because I been a problem because I almost never need to bother them but when I do, the phone transferring game with the automated system and operators begin and never end successfully. Just horrible service even after being in the media spotlight.

I want to thank a young lady in the Pharmacy that helped get my blood thinner to me asap because of blood clots. I don’t have her name but I wish I did as she may have saved my life. Thanks to all the Pharmacy personnel for your help. Thanks to the VA for being there. David Barnett
