AWFUL! I was specific in my ins. info & Dr preference: was told it was fine & I needed to come in & see another DR as a new patient visit. I did. They made a apt with the Dr of my choice, I even gave them a backup preference. . All was fine....until the day b4 the date I was to come in. Got a call - the DR I had requested did NOT take new medicare (ORIGINAL) AFTER I WAS TOLD SHE DID! Back up selection was same. Think they made the office person fall on a sword for the office "policy". Do NOT Know what the problem is. I have never been lied to like this.......They had the NERVE to send me a small bill. Within DAYS I was called & dunned for the under $ 15. amount. NEVER GO TO THIS "OFFICE" unless you like being jerked around!! Terrible treatment. One star is way too many.
Honestly, this is the worst doctor's office I've been to, and I've been to a lot having moved to different cities over and over again. To start, it's impossible to get in touch with them. I was having severe withdrawals from a medication after running into trouble with insurance that prevented me from refilling, so I called the office to try to get in touch with the PCP about my options. After 2 hours on the phone, I finally reached a receptionist, who then transferred me to a nurse, who then transferred me to the PCP's line where I left a voicemail detailing my withdrawal symptoms and requesting a call back. It's been 2 months since then and I still haven't heard from them about this matter. It makes me worried for people who could have deadly withdrawal symptoms and would need to get in touch with the doctor. Recently, I tried to call them to request a refill for a prescription as required by the pharmacy, and of course no answer. I called the location at least 15 times and was sent directly to voicemail every time. No holding, just voicemail. I finally went into the physical building to let them know that I had called over 15 times with no answer and that I needed a refill as I was leaving town the next day. They claimed they "didn't have any calls on file." I'm convinced that they sit there and ignore the phone. I confirmed the pharmacy's location for the refill, and they sent it to a completely different location. This practice is honestly embarrassing, and I don't know how they have any returning customers at this point. I wouldn't go back, and luckily I won't have to as I'm moving again. Take it from me and don't go here. You probably wouldn't be able to get an appointment anyway as they don't answer the phone lmao
Had a 3:45 pm. appointment. It stormed about an hour earlier, and because of the storm, there were several accidents, for which I had to take detours to get there. I called ahead and let the operator know that I may not be there on time, and that it should be no longer than 4:00 p.m. when I would arrive. I walk in the office at 4:01, and the receptionist tells me that Dr. M. Wooddall stopped taking patients at 4:00 p.m. Now if my appointment was at 3:45 p.m., and it takes about 10 min. to get checked in and pay co-pays, and do paperwork, I still wouldn't have gotten an opportunity to see the doctor until after 4:00 p.m. anyway. Really is irritating because it is so hard to even get an appointment by phone already, and then this type of stuff happens. Now if I had arrived at 3:30 p.m., and other patients were there, I couldn't have said, the doctor has to see me right at 3:45 p.m. (which is my appointment time), so why would she cut off for the day knowing that I called ahead to let them know I was running late? It's always so impersonable with this BMG group of doctors, and I will definitely be changing PCPs after today.
My first visit to this practice and it was wonderful! Joseph, Greeter, was very pleasant and thorough when screening for Covid. The Receptionist was great. She was nice and ensured all my paperwork was completed. Shaun, Medical Assistant was great as well. She was so kind and attentive. Dr. Melanie Woodall was very nice and knowledgeable and I’m very pleased. Thank you everyone! 🙂
Dr. Neal is great. I am really surprised at all the bad reviews online. There must be something wrong if this many people are having issues. However, I will say that my own personal experience was good and I would highly recommend Dr. Neal. She was very thorough and had excellent bedside manner. I didn’t have much of a wait time either.
Staff lacks compassion and respect for patients. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. The office manager and director are the worst.
I would not recommend this facility to anyone. The problems starts from the top, with the director and office manager. They lack compassion and respect for patients. Don't waste your time. Their license should be taken.
Dr. Jay Smith is a literal joke.
Appalling customer service and healthcare. -On several occasions, I have been made to wait over an hour after my scheduled appointment for the doctor to see me. -Nurses unsympathetic and disinterested when I expressed that I had for another appointment and asked when the doctor would be available. -NP Catherine Aslin said she would call me back within 48 hours after my lab work to give me results....she never did -All phone calls got sent to voicemail. -Finally got a call back about lab results more than 2 months after they had been processed. -Person who called me got an attitude when I asked why it took 2 months to get results. -Person who called with lab results did not apologize or attempt to remedy the situation when I told her that I had a poor experience. I will not be returning and I suggest that you get treated elsewhere.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
