Only been one time Dr Tarek was great but the lady who answers and schedules the appointments I believe she is the office manager,is horrible! I tried making another appointment and she asked a million questions on how I got hurt and was very rude! They need to replace her needless to say I had to find another Dr.
The good part: Dr. Julian Venegas is an excellent doctor. The bad (or worst) part: They don't use the right billing code, despite you telling them explicitly. It is almost as if they wanted to milk as much amount of money from you as possible. During my last wellness follow up visit, when I asked if I could pay later or online (after consulting with my insurance), the person at the billing area insisted I must pay then and there or they would send to collection. I wish if I could continue to consult good doctors without going through terrible experiences like this.
Made an appointment for an acute care visit in which I had to wait 2 hours in my car before being seen by a nurse practitioner. An absolutely unacceptable wait time to have when having made an appointment. The NP was very impersonable, did not explain test results or diagnosis. Saw me for a brief moment before leaving after saying she prescribed me “some things” to help me feel better. Medications were not specified or explained. Overall very disappointing.
Went here for a scheduled visit and waited, watching others who entered after me being called while I waited. I get up to ask what's going on and was told it would be a few more minutes. As I'm being told that, others who came in after me are being called to the back. Maybe it's the doctors fault but I don't care. My time is valuable and I should've been paid their $25 missing a scheduled appointment fee since I definitely missed mine due to no fault of my own.
This place is horrible and most of the staff are liars and only care about getting paid because they don't appear to be concerned about the patients.
Worst experience ever. The opposite of compassionate!!! Rush you through, do not listen, rude, insensitive, indifferent, dismissive, UNCARING, disrespectful, rushes you through, spends less than minimal time, insolent, INSULTING, DEMEANING, CALLOUS AND HEARTLESS.
If I am sick I want to be seen right away not in a couple of days. These guys are great at getting me in right away. The staff is fantastic. Dr Wallace is great at listening to your concerns. Love this place!
What a great Doctors office !! NP Quaneshia Farris she was taking care and make sure you don't have to see her back the whole year LOL
Horrible experience with NP Quaneshia Farris. Very inexperienced and unprofessional. I sought out this office based on location and reviews. I was Originally seen by NP Heather Kindrick, and had no complaints. Follow up was with NP Farris, and I will not return for various reasons. If you MUST attend this physician office, request Heather Kindrick. I have great insurance, I refuse to settle and be treated poorly.
I have been seeing the doctors here for many years and think they are fine, especially Dr. Wallace at the Winchester location. At some point I lost my health insurance through my job and had to pay out of pocket, which was ok with the billing staff. I recently obtained health insurance through the marketplace and scheduled an appointment, I chose BCBS because they had been my company in the past. The office staff called the next day to verify and update my information. 30 mins later someone from the office called me back to tell me they would not accept my Blue Cross/Shield insurance because I got it from the marketplace and not through from an employer,,, What??? I called BCBS to verify that they were a provider and they followed up and asked to speak to the billing person who I won't name at the moment. The BCBS rep questioned her about their practices of denying service to marketplace patients but got no reasonable explanation. I agree that they make up their insurance acceptance practices as they go. I wonder how many patients have been turned away because of this practice. I will continue to follow up on this ridiculous practice. I wonder if the physicians there are aware of what their staff are telling the patients who are trying to make appointment?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
