I have been seeing Dr. Barnes for quite some time now and have had a great experience with her and her office. I love how easy it is to get an appointment with her. The waiting room is spacious and comfortable, but I've never really had to wait more than 10 minutes.Dr. Barnes has a wonderful disposition that quickly puts me at ease. I feel like Dr. Barnes is very thorough with her exam, patient with my list of questions, and willing to spend the time necessary with me to make sure I understand everything we discuss. I love that I can get my bloodwork done in her office as well and not have to wait very long to get my results back.Dr. Barnes is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly cares about her patients' well-being. Without hesitation, I recommend Dr. Barnes to anyone needing a brilliant family medicine doctor!

I went and saw Dr. Bonnie Barnes and had a wonderful and seamless experience. She is super knowledgeable and very relatable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new doctor.

I went to Dr. Barnes last month and told her that my blood pressure was hard to come down. She then told me to take my no meds twice a day instead of once. Before I left out the room she stated “ I know you’re probably going to run out since you’re taking twice a day but just call and we can get you a refill.” So when I called yesterday to get a refill her nurse told me that Dr Barnes stated that she didn’t tell me to take them twice a day!!! I am so upset because this is my life that we are talking about here!!!! Then she refused to speak with me over the phone and told me that I needed to come in. I have an appt for Friday and I’m only going because I need to confront her and to see what she has done to me!!!

Extremely caring doctor..Dr. Barnes has always helped physical and mentally about my health. She can a breath of fresh or she can be your drill sergeant lol but you will always know she is there for you and she wants the absolute best for you…much love

No, This doctor will get into a disagreement with a colleagues and stop all service and communication with her patient she became so obstinate she once refused to speak or allow me her patient to speak for an entire visit. Wave me off as I attempted to update her since she would not answer my calls or return them. I never spoke ill of her to anyone, Yet she held me personally responsible for whatever disagreement she and another specialist caring for me have. She refused to refill my medications or schedule me for any future visits. My pharmacy had to make continual request for meds that were not refilled. I've had no medical training but I believe NO ONE should ever be treated this way. I repeat never ever spoke an ill word about this doctor. I was not served on my last appt. and was not given a next appt. Since that day this Dr. Bonnie Barnes has totally neglected and ignored me and to this date has not conducted herself as a primary care physician. She deserves no stars.

After the retirement of my family physician of more than 35 years, i was not sure I'd find another that I liked. She is wonderful, my family including my adult children are now seeing her. She is very professional with a fantastic attitude and demeanor. You cant go wrong with her.
