Saw a commercial about bosley. I quote " you don't have to look like your dad because this isn't your dad's hair loss treatment ". But I remember as a kid in the early 1980s seeing Bosley hair treatments. So I looked it up. It was established in 1974. So it actually is your dad's and grand dad's hair loss treatment. Just saying it's false advertisement

Cindy was efficient knowledgeable and had great customer service. She knew I was under a deadline and she was able to fit me in on the same day, which I really, really appreciated. She has great active listening skills which really helped felicitate my needs and wants with regarding my hair. Bosley is very lucky to have an employee like Cindy!

I was able to get an appointment within 24-48 hours of me deciding that I wanted one. That was very important to me. All of my questions were answered. I had my 1st procedure in 2017. I now feel ready to proceed with phase 2.

My visit was very pleasant. Questions were answered and preliminary estimate provided. Only drawback was the 3 hour drive!

I visited the Memphis location and was very Happy to find that they do not engage in high pressure sales tactics. I can't comment on the process because I haven't actually done it yet but if I do decide to it will most certainly be through Bosley.
