Not trying to be bitter about him but honestly he’s a worn out pediatrician. Throughout all the visits we’ve had with Dr. Jones, I felt as if he didn’t care about my child as much as other providers within the facility. During my son’s appointments he was always late (the max we’ve waited was two hours), cancels appointments at the last minute and when it’s time to see children he’s always hesitant to leave the room and difficult to get in touch with when having questions. During visits, he brings his laptop and refers my son’s conditions to websites as opposed to his own career experience as a pediatrician. He also made multiple negative remarks towards my son’s cultural background during three visits; Not sure as to why he’s still practicing since he lost all passion for his career.

Not very friendly to children. Does not remember you and does not care if he has been seeing your children for a long time. He is quiet but is not a gentleman and you can tell he feels entitled.
