Been trying to get someone on phone to schedule an appointment and cant get anyone. His cell has a full mailbox and already left him a voicemail twice. He is a good dr but the staff is awful. My primary dr has been treating my fibromyalgia because i cant get them on the phone. Guess i need to look for someone else.

Dr. Postlethwaite is the best Rheumatologist I've been to. I was seeing Dr. R. Gupta and didn't care for him. Dr. Postlethwaite is a breath of fresh air.

Ill run and disorganized clinic. They have charged my insurance for tests not run. Were very nice upon check-in, then deteriorated to rude. They need patients, so they will tell you anything to get you through the door, which they did to me. I was told conflicting information by the staff and doctor. The doctor is distracted and takes much too long to accomplish nothing. I see numerous specialists, and this is by far the worst experience I have experienced in my life. Don't use this place.

My experience has been very positive. He understands my conditions and shares his knowledge about different medications and helps me understand the benefits and cons of taking them. I have done better under his care than with previous rheumatologists because he is thorough.
