Dr. Hardy’s office is unprofessional and very rude. I miscarried in July of last year and they have yet to pay me the “credit” from those office visits. They never told me that I was owed a credit from their establishment. I found out through an unrelated conversation with my insurance company. They have known about this credit since January and have had no urgency regarding this matter. I have had to call them multiple times to get updates about when they will pay me what I am owed. Each time they have not given me a clear answer. I trusted this establishment but they took advantage of me during one of the darkest moments in my life. DO NOT GO THERE! I’m very dissatisfied with their service.

Dr. Hardy was very professional she took the time to teach me and talk to me every step of the way about my procedure. Dr. Hardy also made sure I understood and was patient with me when I asked questions. She broke it down for me to understand. Dr. Hardy’s staff was loving, caring and very professional. I recommend!

I advise anyone looking for employment here do not waste your time. This place is very unorganized, Dr. Hardy is unethical & unprofessional. She believes in not paying her staff for their hard work. She will make you work the overtime hours but not pay you for it: instead she makes you leave early at the end of the week. She is not loyal to her peers. She approve me for 30 hours and only paid me for 15 hours because i work during the inclement weather. She got it bad not refunding her patients any overpayments and over charge them as well.

Dr. Hardy is excellent, she’s attentive, thorough and compassionate. I couldn’t ask for better qualities in a gynecologist.

Dr. Hardy is very knowledgeable and her staff is very friendly. She was there through my entire pregnancy answering questions for me and my husband. ( we ask ALOT of questions) and for my birth she was there every step of the way. I was so thankful for her commitment to her patients, you just don't get service like that anymore. LOVE Y'ALL!!!!!!!
