Dr Hardy has be my doctor for 20yrs and the wait longer because its just her..The wait it worth it

This was my first visit seeing Dr Hardy and I had no problems. She seems very professional and nice but reading these reviews made me wonder was it something the other ladies did. I hope I don't have any problems with her

Best doctor ever

I didn’t want to believe the reviews because I know sometimes we say things out of anger but the reviews are true. The lack of compassion to be in a field working with pregnant, hormonal women is beyond me. Dr. Hardy does not speak in a professional manner. Her responses to certain things that you mention to her is terrible!

If I could rate this woman -0 stars I most definitely would! She is SOOO rude and nonchalant. She acts as if she's too good to help, never again. If you looking for a caring professional OBGYN this is def not it. Oh Not to mention everytime I have an appt the wait is atleast a hour. She also rescheduled my appt for a procedure just to say things are not getting better, come back AGAIN in 3 weeks & HOPEFULLY things get better Save your time!!!

Dr. Hardy’s office is unprofessional and very rude. I miscarried in July of last year and they have yet to pay me the “credit” from those office visits. They never told me that I was owed a credit from their establishment. I found out through an unrelated conversation with my insurance company. They have known about this credit since January and have had no urgency regarding this matter. I have had to call them multiple times to get updates about when they will pay me what I am owed. Each time they have not given me a clear answer. I trusted this establishment but they took advantage of me during one of the darkest moments in my life. DO NOT GO THERE! I’m very dissatisfied with their service.

Original Review: 3 Years Ago I went in for a check-up in February after seeing spotting in January. Dr. Hardy told me I was pregnant one day and in my next appointment 2 days later that I miscarried without doing any kind of testing. The mix of unclear information given to me over the next week had me extremely stressed out. She also does not have a lab on site, which requires you to pay a double co-pay when getting ultrasounds. In 2 weeks, I spent right at $200 and STILL did not have confirmation of an actual pregnancy or miscarriage. I finally cancelled all of my follow-up appointments and found a new doctor. This is my first pregnancy. Dr. Hardy’s method of information delivery was not clear and did not give me peace of mind as I waited for results. Her bedside manner was not gentle enough for a first time patient of hers and mother.

PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS, S SHE IS HORRIBLE.... WHAT EVERYONE IS SAYING IS TRUE.... WORST OBGYN EVER....RUN.... YOUR BE BETTER OFF GETTING CARE FROM A VET!!!

The service was poor with the negative attitude of the front desk lady, the nasty restroom, The nurse practitioner roughness when using medical tools and the careless mistake of not overseeing a student intern when doing yearly check ups. I came there with no problems and left in pain and having to come back to experience more pain because of the roughness of the doctor. This was my 1st experience and it has definitely made me nervous going to any other OGBYN because of experience was so bad. My mother recommended this clinic and she was very upset at the issues I had because of my visit.

This is a HORRIBLE DOCTOR.... Enough said.... RUN...... WORST.... SHE SHOULD NOT BE PRACTICING!!!
