Bernadette Sheridan SUCKS as a doctor! My father has been trying to have her send an approval letter in order for him to get a motorized wheelchair for almost 6 months now. Per Bernadette, she claims that she has sent the letter, however, the letter she faxed to the company (I won't mention the name, because they have been extremely helpful) was contrary to what the company is needing for the approval in order to get my dad his motorized wheelchair. The mobility of my dads legs have been deteriorating daily and Bernadette Sheridan knows this and still has refused to expedite this necessity, but yet wants him to jump hoops when she says so. She needs to realize that her patients are the ones that pay her bills, as well as her staff in the practice! Bernadette Sheridan took an Oath to take care of her patients and she disregards them and their health when they absolutely need it!When I finally spoke to this lady, she didn't allow me to speak a word because she was way too busy trying to sound "Professional", something she has NO CLUE about!!I do not recommend this place to anyone! My dad WILL be going to another Medical Practice where his health comes first to his doctor....not the next paycheck!If I can give this place and Bernadette Sheridan a -0, I would!!!!

Been coming for years and every single time I have to wait over an hour to be seen when I arrive before the appointment time scheduled. I came because Dr. Sheridan is my father's doctor but after her wait time became long started seeing Dr. Foskey. Now the staff is nice and gives you attention when you're with them (with the exception of the front desk lady, not Calvin-he's the guy!). I make appointments for a reason. Not to say I'm coming for that time to wait the whole day to be seen. I waited 2 hours and have yet to be seen. It's ridiculous. I respect your time as a MD, NP, whatever it doesn't matter. I respect your time and that's it. It's not cool when my time is not respected when an appointment was made. They're response was that they're waiting on a room. For 2 hours!? Then the next appointment is May 25. Sorry but I need to deal with people and institutions that honor time.

I hate his place! If you want to waste 2-3 hours waiting while you watch the nurses and doctors strolling, talking and relaxing then this is your place. There's no sense of urgency or respect for patient's time! Avoid this place. Run!!!!
