Dr. Jones is a fantastic MD. Dr. Jones personally cared for both my kids until we left the City of mempMem TN. She's great with the kids and very patient with stressed parents or new parents. She's very knowledgeable understanding, kind, professional medical Doctor. One of the best Doctors in Memphis TN. I will recommend her to everyone who has kids. She deserves an award of Medical Excellence.

Sooo, I just moved here from Chesapeake, Va and I was given a reference to another doctor that is closer to me being that I don’t have a vehicle currently. But anyways that’s beside the point! So my kids take adderall and I just got them in school finally after fighting with the school board...now they’re in need of immediate care to get their meds for school. I called this number because my daughter teacher gave me the number to try and get her meds since the recommended doctor who is closer can see them mid October. So tell me why this physician refused to see my children when she was available too only because the nurse asked me if I would make her their primary care provider. I didn’t want to lie so I told them it would depend on if I liked the pediatrician or not. So they put me on hold for like 5 mins and returned to inform me that she wouldn’t be able to take them in new patients. So I asked her if it was due to the question she had asked me earlier and she said yes and laughed! I would like to take out a discrimination lawsuit against this doctor because that’s not right! If a child needs to be seen I don’t understand the problem if you’re the primary or not!

Dr. Jones is an awesome pediatrician! She has treated my 3 children for the past 20 years (My oldest is 20 and my youngest is 12) She made sure that she got to the know each of my children and would always engage them in conversations about school, the sports they were involved with, and just general topics. The office/medical staff (especially Ms. Frances) is outstanding!

I can call whenever my daughter is ill or something is abnormal to me. Nurse Francis has always said bring her in and once we arrive we are worked in. Nurse Francis have patience with the babies as well as the toddlers. I appreciate the urgency that Dr. Jones' nurse has. Dr. Jones has great bedside manners. She explains everything to you. Depending on the seasons what is going on but I usually in and out. I'm just grateful for them.
