Call me to confirm my kids appointment I discuss my teeth issues told me to come next morning 730 I came in right time but the denying and said we didn’t told you to come in. It’s so embarrassing even the manager didn’t come to convince me and said sorry for thatBefore that I had an appointment which the gave me written on visiting card and confirm it with phone again when we came they said your don’t have an appointment with us go and call us again to make an appointment.Believe I feel embarrassing for this type of management

I am absolutely very blessed to have been well taken care of by everyone at this location The staff was kind and so patient with me. They addressed my needs and concerns. They even let my husband come hold my leg while they pulled my wisdom tooth Dr. Benson prayed before the extraction and other than the pressure I didnt hurt at all. My mouth was a little tender after the extraction but after the second day I am feeling so much better. I am a 24 week pregnant diabetic that was terrified in many ways but Christ Community Dental made this experience stress free and I left there so overwhelmed with gratitude I will never trust another dentist like I do Christ Community on Broad. Thank you Dr. Benson and all the staff You guys are the best

I have been coming to this dentist for a long time. I have never experienced so much nasty and bad attitudes from the staff. I went in for a cleaning and the lady that was assisting me on that day was Kaylee she was very unprofessional very nasty attitude. She never stated what she was about to do when it came down to the preparation. She wasn’t friendly nor kind. She inserted the needle in my mouth without even saying what she was about to do. The whole experience of trying to make me feel comfortable was out the window. She tells me she does this every day either you want me to or not I was like woooo.. I can go own and own about this place but just had to share this horrible unprofessional experience.. I mean this lady and some of the staff are very rude

The staff and the dentist Mr. Benson are so very caring and polite. I have never experienced such hostility in a professional manner. I would suggest this establishment to everyone.

I hate HATE this place the staff is rude they mess up your lab results the staff can’t even remember to do your labs and make you go online and read them When I try to get them to call me back about My results they never do or leave me on hold for HOURS at a time. Every time I make an appointment they let everyone go in front of me at the schedule time I am to be there and I don’t get seen for 2 hours. I wished there was another OBGYN that took my insurance and accepted new patients don’t because of of COVID because I would NEVER go here again if I had a choice

Friendly fast staff.Ms. Lucille was very patient....funny and soothing to a person that was in so much pain because of a toothache.1st visit at this location and it went well.

If you are wanting a new patient exam for dental work please go to the clinic. Calling them is a joke because youll never get through at 730 in the morning and they do not check voicemails. Waste of time.

Very unprofessional didn’t get the treatment after being referred to them management was not professional .. I called for three days just to get denied on the walk in day .. they ask you to call 730 on a Wednesday morning just to get turned down

For the past 5+ years I have been going to this dental office. My insurance covers other locations but the dental staff is incredible The security gentleman at the front is very kind and quick to help open the door. The dentists and dental assistants and dental hygienists are extremely qualified. They genuinely care about their patients. It is much more than just a job for them. They serve from the love they have from God. They also are very accomodating for those who speak languages other than English. I have referred MANY friends to this clinic and all of my friends have said that they received great care. The wait can be long but it is WELL worth the wait HIGHLY recommend this clinic.

I have never been to a dentist where they pray with you. I was so moved by that. The staff was so nice and caring especially Ms. Shae
