I was there twice for my covid19 shot. The 1st visit was really smooth we filled out paperwork and waited in car until they called. Then abt 5of us went to the back got the shot and was out. The last visit on 414 we had to stand outside in the cold. I wasnt prepared for that so I went back to the car to wait. Of course I lost my place in line. Ugh I would have left but I stuck it out because I knew I wouldnt have to come back again. The staff was nothing like the 1st visit. 1st visit staff was Upbeat and Happy.

This place is over booked all the time you have to wait hours to be seen even when you have a prenatal care appointment. The temperature checkers socializing with patients instead of getting people checked in in a timely fashion is impossible. The scheduler should book so many appointments at once they should be retrained.

I have been attending this medial location for the past 4+ years. My insurance covers other medical offices but I have not found the genuine care that these doctors have for me anywhere else. The wait can be long but the care that you receive is WELL worth the wait. It is clear that the doctors care for you out of the love they have for God. Working at CCHS is not just a job for them it is a place where they use the gifts God has given them to bless their patients. I highly recommend this location. Just bring a book to read while you wait

I am so overjoyed to give this glowing positive review I heard about the free birth control options on the radio through the Step Ahead Foundation offered to women so I decided to give it a try. Cant beat free I called the hotline to arrange my appointment and the customer service agents at the regional office and then subsequent local office were so kind and professional. I booked an appointment for the following week. When I arrived at the doctors office I checked in on the mobile device and sat down. The lobby was busy but clean and orderly. About 10 minutes later I was called to fill out more paperwork. About 5 minutes later I was called back to begin treatment. The back area is huge and was very noticeably clean. The first nurse assistant was friendly and explained things well. The nurse who came to attend to me was the same. I didnt feel rushed at all but I didnt realize how quickly everything was happening until I walked to my car and an hour and 30 minutes had passed. This is record timing I have been to private OBGYN offices and the timing was longer. This is the perfect place for anyone who does or doesnt have insurance and wants quality lowcost care. I would highly recommend it

Go. Somewhere. Else This place is a joke Two hour wait and we haven’t seen the doctor yet. I will NOT be coming back

Horrible This place feels like one those pop up tents after a natural disaster. No organization. Ghetto loud staff. I am appalled loud conversations I hear from loud staff. Oh and I am 1 hour 15 minutes and COUNTING waiting on a doctor to see me for my 3pm appt. its 440p now. Sighs

CCHS is objectively the best doctors office in the world possibly the cosmos. Every time I go in there I leave wanting to apply for med school just so I can work there. People from so many different cultures and ethnicities are welcome there and the doctors and nurses communicate with patients in their native language. They cover all types of medical needs from routine physicals to mental health services. Dawn McCordic is the absolute best. She is attentive and kind and always goes above and beyond to provide excellent care.
