I've been a patient for nearly 20 years. Top-notch physician and staff.

While he is listed as my ENT, for several yrs, I normally see the very nice PA for minor earwax removal, Primary stopped offering this 5 min servce, and the Audilogist for my hearing aids. Aid wearers build up WAX fast.

This doctor was absolutely awful. He was rude and had poor bedside manner. I attempted to ask 3 questions but quickly rushed my family and I from the room. He seemed a little rude and made me feel like he did not want to service minorities.

I researched Dr. Fetterman and read about him before selection him. Dr. Fetterman is very polite. I was nervous on my first visit because I didn't know whether he was going to be nice. He exceeded my expectation. I saw him for ear problems. His staff also treated me nice, which is important for patient being in a caring environment. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Fetterman’‘s manners and patience with children is absolutely awful. my son has issues with things going in his ears so it requires a doctor to have patience. Our previous dr. Did and was able to help my child. Dr. Fetterman’s response was that he couldn’t help my son if he wouldn’t hold still. The doctor did not try to connect with my so , only told him to lay back on the table. Then he had the audacity to say we needed to go somewhere else like LeBonheur‘s ENT. That’s exactly what we will do. And I would suggest that if you have a child, do not take him or her to see this doctor. They will take your money and not provide you any services.

I saw Dr. Fetterman about an issue with my ears. He gave me a diagnosis, one I did not want to accept, even though I trusted him. I thought maybe Mayo Clinic could do something more. The Clinic requested that I send them the tests that had been done on my ears by Dr. Fetterman. Then they had me come to Jacksonville, Fl full of hope that they knew something new. They ran exactly the same tests on me as Dr. Fetterman had, and told me, almost verbatim, what he had said. Very expensive trip for absolutely nothing. Trust Dr. Fetterman, he knows his business.

The scheduling staff was very pleasant on the phone. They were able to get me an appointment within the week. As a new patient, there was a very reasonable amount of forms I downloaded before my appointment and filled out at home. At appointment time, I didn’t have to wait, and the entire office staff was extremely nice. I found Dr. Fetterman to be very personable and knowledgeable. He was thorough in his explanations and took the time to answer any questions that I had. A very nice doctor with a great staff. I can’t imagine going to any other ENT.

I consulted with Dr. Fetterman for a second opinion on a condition I recently acquired. He and his staff have provided outstanding care treating my urgent and sudden hearing loss. His bedside manner is comforting and his ability to describe the condition, treatment, and expected outcome has been very reassuring. He will now be my primary ENT doctor.

To see him. You fill out a book of paper work. His team at the front desk comment about mound of paper work he request - apparently he is the only doctor that does so in this office. After meeting with him - he is rude and will cut you off in mid sentence. Told me that he usually has to explain things slowly to patients five times before the “ get it “.. After filling out his paper work - I still had to remind him of my medical history. Very strange behavior as a doctor.

I brought my daughter to this doctor and attempted to ask a few questions regarding her health status and issues related to her hearing. I was abruptly cut off and interrupted repeatedly, as if Dr. Fetterman was making his best attempt to communicate that I was not welcome in his place of business. It was disheartening that he blatantly attempted to rush us out of the room without legitimately listening to my concerns. It was my worse medical experience and I was shocked at his blatant rudeness.
