Awful doctor and treated my autistic three yr. Old awful so mad we left the visit because I didn't want him near my child again.

Horrible individual. This is his post on medscape.com : "Good riddance to this human garbage who put petty politics ahead of patient safety. Next step, fire all unvaccinated patients." So if this is the guy you want to go to, good luck

Let me start by saying I have never written a review of any professional. I paid 831.00 to get a T tube out that was already out in my ear canal. Then the MD asked if I wanted to have my other T-tube out. I said if that is what you think is best. I had two concerns-one not being able to hear and the other having chronic head pain. At the end of the visit neither were addressed in a manner that I could follow up. I work in the healthcare industry and this is very frustrating to me. Equally frustrating was getting a bill for his services and the facility itself. I have been to many ENT docs and had tubes put in at the bedside and never had to pay anything close to it. I have insurance, yet they did not cover any of it and I owe ~830.00 for a hearing screen, and taking out two T tubes.

Best ENT in Memphis, hand down. I had to have major ear/skull/brain surgery and the process was life saving for me. He has to be the most caring doctors I am ever had. As with other comments getting in to see his can be some work but I have been under his care for 7 years now and I can deal with the wait for the service he provides.

Bed side manner isn't very good. Doesn't listen to parents concerns very well. Knows everything he needs to know about his field but does not have answers to questions. Very condescending with know-it-all superb attitude. Can't get you in for an app, until weeks/ months later. Makes you feel like your kid isn't important enough even if have life-threatening problem. Find another so "special" ear doc taking same insurance, let me know!! We have same ins!!

I am current under his care due to an ongoing problem with my left ear. I found the facility, his staff and himself to be first rate. I felt comfortable and he went out of way to ensure my wife and I understood the problem and what the next step that would be required. My follow on test was scheduled in a timely manner and any question I have had has been answered. I would advise anyone in need of a good ENT Doctor to his practice.

My child has an on going problem with her ear. Her audiologist along with her resident & myself saw something in this problem ear. He couldn't fit her in or "work" her in until almost three weeks later. Neither I or my husband are happy with this, & are currently seeking another doctor.

Awesome Dr., he listens to what you have to say, & knows what he`s talking about. As he`s a teaching doctor, he also teaches you about your ear problems.
