Have you ever had a doctor call you after 7:00pm to discuss test results? Have you ever had a doctor call you on a Sunday evening to discuss tests and upcoming appointments? I have!! Dr Bryan Thompson is a caring understanding doctor who goes that extra mile to let you know exactly what is going on with the testing, the results and what to expect. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!

When i started seeing Dr. Thompson he just jumped right in to pick up where Dr Fitton left off .. Which is i believe about 4 years ago now. He has a great personality , he will listen to you and that makes a world of difference.

I have been sick for long time and seen many GI doctors in Memphis. I must say hand down, Dr. Bryan Thompson is by far not only the best in Memphis but perhaps the number one GI in the Unite States. His knowledge and bedside manor is second to none. I wish I had knew and seen him at the beginning of my illness, instead of wasting my time with other so called doctors. In my opinion, in scale of 1 to 5, Doctor Thompson desires 10 with a few stars next to his name.

Dr. Thompson is Exceptional. He has taken time with me that many doctors would not, listening, researching, and caring about how I felt. That alone is worth it's weight!... but then to take the time to tell me my illness was systemic when he couldn't diagnosis me, and take me back as a patient when I had a new diagnosis to further investigate, and diagnosis... is Superior. I am so fortunate to have him on Team Tara.

Absolutely awesome.. he listened to everything I had to say and charted as I talked. He recommended a colonoscopy and then his staff followed up. Great experience

After a previous bad experience with “Gastro One” (Not the Doctor) in 2017 and realizing that Gastro One seems to have the monopoly on Gastro Doctors in Memphis, TN, I booked another appointment. Today’s appointment went much more smoothly from the “Gastro One” side of things. Doctor Thompson was prompt, through, understanding, and allowed me to give him the long version. In summary, I was pleased with the service I received today and it was nice to see the doctor again that fixed me before.

I never write reviews, but I LOVE to read them. Since I benefit from them daily, I feel like I should start doing my part in helping others. Here goes it. Dr. Thompson went beyond my expectations. I was nervous about him shrugging off my self-diagnosed illnesses that Dr. Google had already confirmed. He did not! In fact, he told me he finds it encouraging when patients invest in their health. I explained my many findings to him and we went through them together. He was professional and courteous. Most importantly, he was KIND. He made sure that we did not jump to extremes, but still waged my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Thompson.
