dr. simmons may be very intelligent when it comes to dealing with bacterial infections and viruses, but his people skills are in need of a vaccine. he was not considerate of the patient or the family of the patient in my opinion. Examples are coming into a 73 year old patient's room at 6AM while she was sleeping and practically yelling in her face good morning without any consideration that maybe she had not rested all night and that she already had been diagnosed with high anxiety disorder and whenever questioned by the family, he acted as if we had no business in questioning the medication given or any decisions his team made. do doctors work for us or are we getting service for free? well please act humble and as if your patients and their caregivers are worth respecting. the art of kindeness and caregiving is not as easy as learning chemistry and biology. sometimes comforting the patient is just as important. please, take note doctors.

He is rushed, late and rude. He acted like he was only interested in saying he had seen a patient so he could get paid. He had no idea what was wrong with me or what to do. He just ordered tests and medicines. He would not answer anything for me or the nurses. Even my main doctor was lost as to what Dr. Simmons was doing. I think he is a bad doctor who only wants to make money. He became upset with me when I asked him a simple question.
