Don't waste your time I've seen Dr. Raza for 2 appointments. I will NEVER go back. He showed 0 compassion and 0 interest in my health and well being. He never made eye contact with me when I expressed my symptoms and concerns. He stayed on his phone the entire time recording what you say and then his notes are exactly what you said. Both appointments, he stayed talking to Me maybe 4 minutes at the max after waiting 2 hours. As I was telling him symptoms today, he just got up and walked out of the room. Never said thank you. Never said bye. Nothing. I would give him 0 stars if I could. I've never had such a horrible experience. PLEASE USE ANOTHER DOCTOR!!!

No kindness. No bedside manner. As a wife who could not be there during covid I never got an update. Just a cold, hard "I suppose you know whats happening..." followed by "you knew this could happen" when he called to tell me the bad news...the ONLY update I got that didn't come from me calling nurses. THEN HE WOULDNT EVEN SIGN THE DEATH CERTIFICATE

The Jones Clinic is hands down the best oncology clinic in our area. This is coming from a patient who has been to 2 other oncology clinics in Memphis. Dr. Jones was so kind to me and made me feel at ease with my diagnosis. He didnt sugar coat anything and has given me hope.

Son 55 48South Grove Park Memphis -901-494-5091 A family 'friend' Eddie Gatlin recommended Dr Jones very highly. My father 84 and a stroke victim told my love that he didn't want chemo but did so because my mother was PROMISED by Dr Jones he could heal mimmediately when Dr Jones stopped treatment. licensed by the State of Tenn. practice Oncology. Not only should there be a class action suit against Dr Jones but also the State licensing Board. I'm 55 and been a pharmaceutical representative for 25yrs and have never seen such poor quality medical practicing. My father suffered his last few months because Dr Jones is either mentally unfit as a physician or just needed the money. We need to find the proper esquire to put a stop to this before more people are hurt. Bottom line my family was lied to by Dr Jones and after his treatment was OBVIOUSLY failing by other physicians on the 5th floor of Baptist East it took hospice to help my dads misery.I'm out of comment space or won't post. CALL

Staff is very nice and helpful. When Dr. Jones on call calls patients back quickly. Listens to you and always gives good feedback.
