The level of apathy, lack of empathy and most importantly their inability to resolve my plantar fasciitis is unfathomable. The Doctors spend 2-3 minutes, have an heir of arrogance, and do nothing but push experimental shock therapy which is not even recognized or covered by insurance. I get google print outs of stretch’s to do but they do nothing to resolve the issue. I have been going here for over a year. You charge astronomical fees and copayments. The amount of money spent and lack of effective treatment is astounding. We patients do have rights. I definitely will be exercising mine with the state medical board. ChatGPT gives better medical advice and treatment!

I been here since 9:30am the wait time getting check in was quickly, but WE SPENT OVER A HOURS WAITING ON THE DOCTOR TO COME IN THE ROOM. It’s 12:16n and still waiting on the doctor to come in.

My name is Michael Thomas I was just a patient at the office everything was great the service was prompt professional very courteous very knowledgeable and equipment works I was in and out in less than an hour great never had that service done in Memphis no matter what not even at Domino's LOL
