Dr. Brittany Kellum gets a whopping one star. I came to the clinic as a follow-up visit after going to the ER for chronic pain in my neck/back, shoulder and hand. I was prescribed a muscle relaxer and physical therapy. The first opening for therapy was a week out. After an X-ray, I was informed that I have arthritis and pinched nerves in my upper neck. Still in pain I requested something to help until the pain subsided. The assistant advised a prescription would be called in. Still in pain, no active or pending prescription. No call back after multiple messages left.

The level of apathy, lack of empathy and most importantly their inability to resolve my plantar fasciitis is unfathomable. The Doctors spend 2-3 minutes, have an heir of arrogance, and do nothing but push experimental shock therapy which is not even recognized or covered by insurance. I get google print outs of stretch’s to do but they do nothing to resolve the issue. I have been going here for over a year. You charge astronomical fees and copayments. The amount of money spent and lack of effective treatment is astounding. We patients do have rights. I definitely will be exercising mine with the state medical board. ChatGPT gives better medical advice and treatment!

I been here since 9:30am the wait time getting check in was quickly, but WE SPENT OVER A HOURS WAITING ON THE DOCTOR TO COME IN THE ROOM. It’s 12:16n and still waiting on the doctor to come in.
