Felt a little robotic at first dealing with office staff regarding insurance and payment but.... everyone during the care process was exceptional. They took good care of me, making sure I was informed and comfortable throughout the process.

This place and it's staff was amazing, kind and professional.

Refuse to treat my swollen knee

I just had my surgery today so I don't know yet how that will go but as for the surgery center itself I can only say 5 star all the way. Staff was so polite but they were late getting me in the surgery room. I was scheduled for 7am and they didn't get me back until 7:01.

Was referred here by Lebonheur when my six year old daughter broke her arm. Was told not to let her eat or drink anything after midnight before her appointment the next day at 11. Got there early. The intake process was promising. Lady was very helpful in alleviating our anxiety over my daughter having surgery. We were told that we would be there when she went under, and that they would come get us before they woke her up. Lady tells her that there's a big box of toys and she gets to pick one out when they are done. They take us back and get her in a gown, and we wait. And we wait. At 12 they come back and tell us the dr. was caught up in surgery and he'd be the at 12:30. So we wait. 12:30 comes and goes, still no dr. At 1, they actually told us the dr. wasn't answering his pages and calls and they actually had no idea where he was. At 2, another dr. finally comes back and says he's going to do the surgery. At this point I'm about to flip my lid, my daughter is thirsty and starving and still can't have anything, but I'm grateful they're finally getting something done. So they start to wheel her back and tell us to go wait in the waiting room (bear in mind, we are supposed to be with her until she is asleep). The whole thing is supposed to take 20 minutes. An hour later, they come get us, she's awake (they were supposed to come get us so we could be there when she woke up) and she is panicked, scared, and screaming for mommy and daddy. They won't discharge her until she takes some medicine, but she's so panicked she refuses to take anything. She's literally screaming that they are trying to kill her. At one point a nurse steps over and tells her "That's enough. " I'm sorry, mom and dad right here, who the hell are you? After an hour, she has finally calmed down enough to take some medicine and they rush us out the door. Halfway home, she starts crying because she didn't get her toy. Seriously, if you have another option, avoid this place. The level of unprofessionalism is completely staggering. It's mindboggling, honestly. The place is a monument to ineptitude.
