At first I was a little worried because of a review I had previously read about cleanliness but I must say when I first walked in…everything looked cleaned and the wait time was also very reasonable…appt was at 8:15am and I got called back at 8:30 because I also had to do some paperwork…Sarah Nail was my child’s provider and she was absolutely excellent. My daughter held her hand. She was very patient and super professional and was very honest about my child’s vision which is definitely a must for me as a parent. I definitely do recommend Sarah and the clinic staff was also very helpful and super nice.

We have been seeing Dr. Flynn for a couple years for my kiddo. My kiddo also has special needs and is non verbal, and the doc and all of the wonderful folks that work with him are always accommodating and very nice. We will continue to see him. Nothing but great things to say about these folks.

The entire team at Dr. Flinn's office is spectacular! We would highly recomend them to anyone.

Our 1st appointment was with NP Nail. She was great. Our 2nd appointment was with Dr Flynn. His bedside manner was less than desirable for a pediatric clinic. He bumped my toddler's prescription WAY up without explaining to me why. He was horrible at answering any questions about my child's care. I of course couldn't get my child to keep the glasses on. Went today for a 2nd opinion elsewhere. Flynn was so far off on his prescription! No wonder my son didn't want to wear them, he couldn't see! In my opinion, Dr Flynn should not be working in Peds

I showed up early to my appointment for my son because we are new patient's my appointment was at 1. I showed up at 12:45. I didn’t get to the back to see the doctor until 1:30 and wasn’t seen by the actual doctor until maybe 2 ish . I stated on the intake form and verbally that my son was autistic and nonverbal. Yet I was asked several times does he have any conditions or issues. I wrote it down and told you he was autistic and non verbal while we’re there and because we have been waiting so long my son was not handling it well at all and taking it out on me physically. No one in the office tried to help or speed the process up. There was one assistant who came in with the doctor and was very nice and tried to play moana for my son. A thanks to her because she’s the only one whom did anything to help besides sayin what’s wrong or staring at me and my son like oh my god ! Or telling my son it’s ok we’re not gonna touch you. This place needs to be more informed/educated on how to deal with special needs kids in situations like this. There were not a lot of patient’s in the waiting room and after all the waiting his quick overlook/ review of my son was super quick we should have not had to wait as long as we did. I wouldn’t recommend anyone who has special needs kiddos. You will be waiting a long time and no one will try to help if your child starts getting overwhelmed.

Dr. Flinn has the best team in Memphis! Today was our first time seeing Dr. Sarah Nail and she was great. Receptionist to Optician and everyone in between are so kind and welcoming.

I saw Sarah Nail today and she is awesome! My son can be impatient while waiting. He is 3 and they keep him entertained while looking at his eyes making it a stress free time for my son and I. The front desk is always on point and the ladies at Peepers are wonderful as well. Thank you!
